1st room allocated was not clean. Bed full of ladies hair and sperms stain. Bathroom shower was leaking and room was smelly. They changed us to another room which has same bed conditions and air conditioner was full of dust and looks like never cleaned / serviced before. Phone was disconnected and put on a tray. Toilet ream was not cleaned and underneath was so dirty. Not to say the broken iron board and the cups full of stain. Curtains were not fixed properly and full of dust. Had sleepless night due to mosquito disturbance. Too many money plants were kept outside the room which has full of water leading to mosquito breeding.

comfortable bed, adequate facilities like fridge, iron with ironing board, electric kettle, basic amenities like shampoo, tea & coffee. suitable for those who only stay to sleep. please don't expect more than that. but if you are looking for comfort to spend a lot of time in it, this is not the place. there is also a swimming pool, but you need to ask the management first if the pool is open to visitors because if there is a swimming class at that time it is not open to visitors. The hotel is actually a shop lot so it has a parking lot in front of the hotel

I have never seen a hotel room where the bathroom had no windows or ventilation. At first, when we walked in, there was a very strong musty smell that bothered us. makes me not want to use it at all. but after several uses by other family members, the smell disappeared. I believe the musty smell is due to the bathroom not having a ventilation system. The bathroom door was also damaged but could still be closed. that's why I say this room is not suitable for those who are a bit fussy. The level of cleanliness is also not satisfactory. I hope the management will find a cleaner who is diligent and can really do the job. Try to clean the stains on the sheets and pillows. that is the most important thing. Guest pay to sleep. if the bed can't be prepared well, why are we willing to spend money. we don't expect the best facilities. with a worthwhile price, it is enough that it is clean and can be used.
