My family and I were so excited to stay at this condo. We’ve been traveling to Gulf Shores for years and have never stayed at this condo so we tried it. Our first day, within minutes of getting into the condo, our toddler, had a horrible accident in the master suite. While putting clothes away, our son had a very large dresser fall on top of him, slicing his nose and leaving him with bruises and cuts on his back and chest. We had an ambulance come and transport our son to the children’s hospital where he needed many stitches as the cut went through his entire nostril, leaving the nostril hanging off of his face. While we were at the hospital, the owners had someone rush to the condo and bolt all of the furniture to the walls. Our family friend was staying at the condo with us and had witnessed this. The trauma doctor told us our son could not be near sand or water for several days. Our entire vacation was changed and our older children were devastated they couldn’t do what we traveled across the country to do. Now we are stuck with hospital bills and thousands of dollars into a condo that we had to stay in because we couldn’t go outside. Because we paid in full, the owners were not liable for anything, including the hospital bills and ambulance bill. We are still paying on all of this, 4 months later. Please be mindful of the properties you choose to stay in, especially if you have young children. “Family friendly” apparently does not mean it is safe for families

Beautiful property and the entire process was flawless

The view, the condo and the location was perfect!!! We throughly enjoyed our vacation at Phoenix Condo 1002! Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The outdoor furniture was just right! Would stay here again for sure!! Alabama Getaway was very receptive and informative!

Very clean place and pools. Just a few steps away from the ocean with beautiful views from the balcony, and a great overall location to everything in Gulf Shores. There is a small store across the road called Pier 33 that has anything you might need for your stay like groceries, toiletries, beach supplies which is nice to have close by if you don’t want to drive. No complaints, our family had a wonderful time.

This condo is the perfect vacation spot! We loved the location as it’s in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was very very clean with comfortable beds, and the best view of the beach and water! We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I brought our Senior daughter here for her spring break along with a friend of hers. This place was awesome and just like home away from home! We really enjoyed our stay and would defintely recommend Phoenix Gulf Shores.

The condo was exactly as described, and it actually felt much larger than the pictures represent. The whole unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there was a closet of random beach accessories, there was plenty of room and seating on the balcony. The building itself is also very clean and seems to be well maintained.

Poor communication with company. Inadequate supplies ie tp, paper towels etc. Parking not included. Older creaky master bed. Water pressure very low. Would not return.

Beautifully decorated and so comfortable! We were there in December and the weather was perfect and basically had the place to ourselves!!

Every thing at this condo is great, clean, well equipped kitchen, fast elevators. Only negative is their charge for parking.

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. Great view. The outdoor pool should have been designed larger but otherwise great experience if you need to be in GulfShores for an event.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! Just beautiful and very comfortable. Our only complaint is that the two bedrooms that face the hallway of the building need to have blackout curtains. The shutters and curtains do not block out the light that stays on all night long. The room is totally illuminated with light. Other than this-which was a pretty big deal- everything was perfect.

Best condo we’ve ever stayed at I. Over 30+ years!

We had a great trip and the condo was prefect for our family! We enjoyed the spacious condo so much we ended up make most of our meals at “home” to enjoy the space and beautiful views! Thanks for making our trip so special!

Condo was gorgeous and the view was amazing! We were so excited once we got there and got inside and saw everything. I had my mother, husband, 13 year old son and 7 month oldbaby on this trip. The first day we had been there about an hour. Just got the baby asleep and i walked in from the balcony to a random woman standing in the living room. Said she was there to do an inspection and i told her my baby was asleep so she left. Didn’t think much of it. The next day i went to the beach with my husband and son. My mother was in the condo with the baby. My mother went to the bathroom and came back to the living room and a strange man was standing next to my baby in her walker. Asking if she was the owner. He gave zero explanation and slowly walked out. She grabbed the baby and locked herself in her bedroom. Contacted the company and the seemed baffled other people had the door code. Front desk was zero help. So we spent the majority of our vacation inside the condo afraid to leave because of our things being taken or messed with or just someone inside while we left. So for the amount of money you spend it’s not worth not being able to enjoy your vacation and your safety being at risk. All we got was an I’m sorry that happened. No matter what they say others have your door code. Do not put your safety at risk.

Easy to set up.

We decided to extend our stay from another property and took a chance with this rental as it was the only place that could accommodate us last minute! We have been coming to GS/OB for over 20 years and typically stay at two other large properties.. this however has become one of our new favs! It may not have tons of amenities on the property however, the unit is GORGEOUS 😍 and so clean! The view is fantastic and close to all the fun activities and restaurants we aren't typically near. This is definitely on the list for our next visit...hopefully later this year!

We had an awesome time at Phoenix Gulf Shores! Great food, awesome beach and perfect condo!

This condo is even better in person! Decorated perfectly, this condo was ideal for the 8 of us…4 adults and 4 teenage boys! Everything we needed and centrally located! The beds were amazing as many others stated! Kitchen was fully equipped! The condo even had a beach wagon with several (maybe 6) beach chairs, a few nets, shovel and 4 boogie boards! This would have been helpful to know as we brought our own wagon and beach chairs with us from Iowa… but nonetheless wanted to let others know to potentially save room in the vehicle! Absolutely amazing condo with an incredible view! We spent so much time on the deck watching sunrises, sunsets and storms roll out in the Gulf! Loved how fast the elevators arrived as well as ample luggage carts and buggies to help ease the check in and out! We will definitely be back! A truly beautiful property! Only one small complaint was with parking! We traveled with an oversized vehicle (MB Sprinter) Management said that there was parking on the ground level… well, there was some parking but not many stalls available before the 8ft caution sign and many of those spots were taken by standard size vehicles! We made due, but it would have been nice to secure some of those spots for oversized vehicles! The walk to the beach was short…super easy access!! Centrally located, it was just a quick walk to Bahama Bob’s for dinner or down to the Hangout… there are lots of great places in between within walking distance too! We will definitely be back!!!

This condo was clean and had a great view. It was also better furnished than other ones we have stayed in. We had all of the utensils and pans to be able to cook there instead of eating out every night. We will be back. :)

Perfect vacation

This was our very 1st Beach Vacay and this property made it feel like a real dream come true! Excellent floor plan for a family. My husband & I had a beautiful master suite with 2 sinks, shower & jacuzzi. Our oldest slept in a nice room with 2 small beds. Our youngest had a room of her own complete with a wagon filled with beach chairs & toys in the closet for a day on the beach! The decor was elegant, with soft & cozy furniture and throws. We enjoyed our time relaxing and eating at the condo and watching tv in the evenings after dinner. Getting from car to condo was super easy! Park and walk right inside to the elevator. Get off the elevator and there's the room. The beach was right out the back! It was like waking on sugar and very peaceful. Tons of seashells for you to choose from, too! I have nothing but good memories for this place!

This was the most luxurious place we have ever stayed! It was November of 2021 and we felt like we were movie stars! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony just couldn't be beat! We would live here if we could! Want to go back as soon as possible!

The condo was excellent. First class all the way and decorated very nicely. Great view. Unfortunately we had TV problems that lasted 2.5 days and 6-7 visits from repairmen which wasn’t what I planned on for my vacation. You were prompt in addressing the problem but it still messed up several days of our vacation.

A beautiful environment from sunrise to sunset! Had everything we needed- beach, pools, location, comfort, spacious rooms, great sunrise-sunset. Loved it!

This condo is incredibly immaculate. The decor is elegant, not annoying neons with tacky beach decor everywhere. It was so clean, the owners checked in on me via text, and the location is perfect. Walmart is less than 5 mins away, everything you need is so close. We will definitely book this one again next year!

We really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful condo nice location and super clean. Only hurdles were operating the televisions.

This unit was just what our group of retirees were looking for. Unit was well decorated and furnished. Beautiful view of a gulf, the sunrise and sunset were Awesome.
