The front desk staff was exceptional. Kudos to the rest of the staff as well for keeping the hotel so clean.

Just a suggestion…. With all of the sports venues nearby, you should look into a shuttle on game days. Your airport shuttle is a plus but an additional one would make the experience that much better.

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in. It was very clean. The staff was very accommodating and respectful. I definitely will be booking here every time I travel here.

The breakfast could've been bigger. Eggs and sausage got old after a couple mornings. But it was still good.

My family liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were good ... the pool was great.

The only thing we didn't like much was the breakfast i think ya'll can do BETTER.

Room was very clean but smelled like a dog has been im there with carpet fresh to cover the smell. I don’t I will stay at a hotel again that pets are allowed.

The breakfast was delicious, I loved the colors in the lobby and hotel rooms. They were decorated really well. I would definitely stay again.

THE FRONT DESK GIRL WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO MYSELF AS WELL AS 3 OTHER GUEST TRYING TO CHECK IN. I HAD A RESERVATION AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK IN THE COMPUTER JUST SAID ALL RESERVATIONS WERE CANCELLED IF YOU WERE NOT THER BY 3:00 P.M. I ARRIVED AT 3:05 P.M. I WAS DISGUSTED WITH HER BEHAVIOR AND ME & MY FAMLY ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WE HAVE MILLIONS TO CHOOSE FROM WHILE IN THE AREAR& HAVE ALWAYS CHOSE LA QUINTA. THIS WAS OUT LAST TIME. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I WILL BE CALLING THIS OFFICE THIS MORNING TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER.
