Room was great, blinds were great on keeping the morning light out. Bathroom was nice with the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

New hotel concept, new furniture.

Mold at the bottom of the Shower door and under the shower gel. None of the staff ever smiled, night staff or day staff. None of them cares about guests. AC not working on the second floor.

It was convenient to get to DFW airport … the pool looked great but it was freezing because it’s not quite swimming time :)

You could hear everything in the room next to us…. But it was okay

The facility is beautiful and very clean! Great location! I was trapped in Dallas during an ice storm and felt very comfortable in my room. It is also walking distance from a 24 hour IHOP - which was very convenient, given the circumstances.

Unfortunately, the staff is the worst component. It's a shame because two of the young ladies were very nice. But no one will go over and beyond to help meet your needs. There was also a matter of one staff member lying about availability. They were caught in the lie. I eventually switched hotels because I didn't feel comfortable staying in a location and paying my money to a hotel where someone felt comfortable lying (in addition to doing the bare minimum). I won't be staying here again. But it's not because it's not a nice accommodation. I just don't trust the staff/ leadership.

After making my reservation thru booking upon my arrival at the hotel my reservation did not show up. I had to wait more than an hour until my reservation appeared.

I loved the location and friendly service at the front desk. The room was Beautiful and spacious. When walking into the hotel it feels like a breath of fresh air that and a great representation of the City of Euless. I love how they have Tru by Hilton separated from Home 2 and the 2 names/hotels coming together. Myself and my family will definetely by visiting again.

I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the rooms and had to walk down to the lobby to warm food. They need to place microwaves in the tooms at Tru by Hilton. This was the only part of the hotel I was NOT pleased with. This is an inconveince to anyone staying here.

Lots of room downstairs, huge breakfast area, nice pool table, lots of seating areas.

No microwave or refrigerator, but I get it. That’s the model and if you want that you need to book the other side of the hotel that is attached. Home2 Suites

What I didn't like was the fact they ran out of eggs twice. I went back and hour later still no more eggs

I booked online on Booking.com, and I paid online. I arrived the property, the frontdesk told me they can't get room for me, because the Booking.com don't put in the system. They said me if I want room I have to pay one more time. I waited 2 hours till 1am on the frontdesk and I paid $20 extra charge for rebooking. I think it was hotel issue, not booking.com issue, because one night ago I did same thing in other hotel and it's worked.

Close to the airport but still quiet enough to get some rest. Restaurants in walking distance so no problem without a car.

Breakfast was a joke. Plastic cutlery and variety of food very poor. Sausages were not done at all. Two of three machines were not working (to make toast or pancake) and the dough for the waffle maker was gone at 8am already and not refilled. same with potatoes. If you only offer a basic breakfast, you could at least expect all to machines to work and the 3 warm dishes to be done and refilled. Room was good but not clean. Black hair all over the pillows and dust piling up around bed and seating area.
