Booked a room that didn’t actually exist

The modern style of the property.

Our room was not fully prepared. There were no tissues or bath sheets. However, there were a few hand and face towels, so we made due. I was able to locate a house maid easily, who replaced the tissues. She was nice and accommodating.

Unfortunately I wasn’t there long enough to fully enjoy all that the property offered but from what I was able to see everything was exceptional. I can’t wait to rebook so I can get the full experience.

Close to the airport! Clean facilities. Excellent staff and food options. Shuttle is fantastic.

A hotel with up to date facilities and modern guest rooms.

Confusion about booking ( the error of not properly running the reservation/human error most likely more training needed) But that was the only difficulty, and I just did not have the time to deal with it.

The breakfast and other meals were terrific. The location for me was good.

The jet plane noise was loud at tmes. The desk chair in the room was hard for me to manage; the seat kept sinking and the rollers kept getting stuck in the grout grooves in the floor. The cleaning of the room was very good, but Thursday, the cleaning staff left no washcloths, no water cup in the bathroom and only one coffee cup. I know these are small things, but I did not dicover that there were no washcloths until I got in the shower on Friday morning, or that the cups were missing until I reached for them. The staff could not have been more friendly, more welcoming, more accommodating and more professional. The room was exquisite. The food was exquisite. Every single thing about this hotel was awesome. I can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent stay, the man who checked us in was a gentleman and a credit to your hotel
