Staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room it was just what we expected; clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variety and options for us. Shuttle to airport was booked at check in. Request was clear and prompt.

Price was to high for the breakfast food they had.

Great place to stay prior to taking a cruise. Use Uber to get to the cruise port. It is half the cost than the shuttle the hotel will arrange.

The elevators worked. Remodeled into a cheap hotel that charges $300 per night. I would classify it is a heap dump that should embarrass the Hilton flag. The van driver did refer us to a breakfast joint, Grandps, just a block away.

What could have been better? Food, room, staff.

Price of room they tried to charge me more for the room then my confirmation said. Then u have a charge for what used to be complementary breakfast. Well at the price of the room an charge for breakfast I can stay elsewhere for for less and same or better comport.
