It was a great location to the beach. Walk off the back deck and you are there.

Our family had a wonderful time here! It’s location is perfect. The beach is steps away, and so are a couple beach shops for last minute needs (sunscreen, aloe, swimsuits, flip flops, etc..) the house is clean and everything is labeled so nicely. We would absolutely stay here again and had an amazing vacation worth remembering forever. 😊

An awesome find! Jessica was super great with communication even prior to booking her listing; check in was a breeze and when we arrived the place looked better than the pictures! Wedged in between two condos, the townhouse view was spectacular. Off of the back deck you’ll find one easy flight of stairs down to the sand. Can’t beat it! We’ll be back.

We enjoyed a great time at the property. It was clean and exactly as advertised. It was amazing to simply walk outside to the beach. The location is perfect and right in the middle of great restaurants and shopping. We would love to stay here or another one of her properties in the future. Thank you!

We had a great time. The house was nice and right on the beach, not down the street from the beach like most “beach front” listings. Also conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.

Great property! The description was completely accurate and was even larger than we expected. The location can't be beat. It was great to walk out the door and straight to the beach. Would highly recommend it!

Perfect place for my beautiful girlfriend and two daughters. All the Amenities we're great. Clean, organized, very functional, etc... Absolutely perfect location. The back patio has beautiful stairs that walk directly down to the incredible White Sand Florida Beach and Green Ocean. Lounge Chairs are perfectly layed out each day on the Beach and then picked up at the end of the Day. Luxury Master Bedroom, with very comfortable King Size Bed. Great working, newer Appliances. (Please note that this is not a Beverly Hills type Mansion with Gold plated faucets and Utensils..... with Crustal So, if your goal is to show off to your Girlfriend or Wife, then it's not for you. what you are into..., then this isn't it. But, it's absolutely perfectly on the actual beach with great amenities, clean, organized, perfect view and can hold up to 10 People. 4 Adults and at least 6 little kids. And, even if you don't want to bring the kids, it would work equally great for 2 or 3 Adult Couples. (Even though there is only one Master Bedroom). P.S. The Master Bedroom has a Perfect Full Body Mirror in the Room with a Makeup Counter. While also having a Master Bathroom with 2 "his and hers" sinks. This Condo also surprisingly has 3 Full Bathrooms. So 3 Full Showers. I thought it would only have 2.5 Baths.

This is our second time at this property and again, it did not disappoint. Not only is it very clean and convenient to most of the hot spots in PCB, its also right on the beach. Jessica was great to work with as she was before and we're already looking at dates for next Summer.

We have rented thru VRBO for 30+ years and this is by far the best unit we have ever had the pleasure of renting. There just aren’t enough superlatives to describe every aspect of our stay! Jessica goes well above and beyond to see to it that everything is to your satisfaction. We’ve had excellent experiences in the past but this has been the most wonderful ever. I think we are ruined going forward! We’ll never find anything close to this again! Needless to say if we vacation in PCB again I wouldn’t even consider another place! SUPERB!

The Stay at this property was perfect. We have stayed at another propery also owned by Jessica in the past and both trips were amazing. She is very responsive to anyone's needs. The house was lovely and clean, beds are comfortable, towels are provided and proximity to the beach was excellent. Highly recommend.

Property was in a great location, restaurants and lots of kids activities close by. Beach was amazing. House was clean and very relaxing to stay in. Definitely coming back.

We loved our stay! We have already recommended this property to two of our friends who are looking for a beachfront getaway. The property is located directly on the beach, and both the deck and second floor balcony off the master bedroom offer a full and unobstructed view of the coastline. The bedrooms are huge! The master has a king bed with room to spare and a large renovated bath with granite countertops. The second bedroom is so large it has two sets of bunk beds and the bottom bunks are queen sized mattresses, and there is plenty of room to spare between them. There is no carpeting at all (YAY!!!) so you will not have any of the gross stepping on musty damp sand-encrusted floor. The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops. Beach towels, chairs, and chair/umbrella beach service were all included. The location further south on PCB was ideal for our family as the beach was not crowded and there was no traffic. The owner Jessica was kind and came over to introduce herself and offered us assistance with anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for maintaining such a lovely property and for being so kind.

Location, location, location!! The townhouse is in the perfect spot for a vacation after having to sit home in 2020!! Drivable to everything, schooners right next door, no loud partying, great access to beach. Townhouse is clean, updated and very accommodating! It even had beach towels so I didnt have to pack them! Highly recommended

This place has everything you need to pack light! Location ON the water is perfect especially, if you have kids and don't want to walk far to the beach. Amazing sunsets over the water! The beach chair and umbrella service was a very nice amenity! Jessica was super responsive!

My family and I loved staying at this townhome. The location on the beach was great, and it had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our 2 boys ages 5 & 6. Everything about this stay was enjoyable and it started with Jessica being so available to answer any questions before we even arrived. Once we arrived the townhome was beautiful and our boys loved the double bunk beds. The master bedroom was great as well. The beach is steps from the deck and the included chair and umbrella rental was perfect since we flew and couldn't bring too much beach gear with us. There were toys for the boys to build sandcastles and boogie boards for them to ride in the waves. We walked to Schooners for lunch and Shore Shack for pizza. While we were there Jessica responded promptly to any questions that we had about the condo and the area. We wrote down all of her locations so we can make sure to stay at one of her properties if we return to the area. THANK YOU for a wonderful vacation and for a home that was exactly as the pictures portrayed.

This was our 2nd time staying here, and we'll definitely be back. It's so nice renting from a person instead of a management company. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! From the location being steps from the ocean and restaurants to the amazing accommodations, this place was perfect for us. Loved having three full baths and the kitchen is well stocked. Our family made so many great memories. We will definitely be back and recommend the place to anyone! One of the best parts, the ease and communication from the owners could not have been easier. Thanks you for sharing this amazing property with our family!

What a perfect place to stay for the 4th of July! Jessica was amazing! The property was amazing! The fireworks were amazing!! We will definitely be coming back again.

This rental itself was, as advertised, in a great location. Literally on the beach. The rental unit was in great condition and very clean prior to check-in - and even available early. Everything was great...except for the check out process. Check out was scheduled for 10am and we were running just a few minutes behind finishing up cleaning the kitchen. The cleaning lady came right at 10am and started admonishing us that we weren't ready to leave at exactly 10am. She rushed us out as we were leaving and trying to throw out the final kitchen trash. She then yelled at us trying to shame us as "grown men that are dirty" and that we should "go back to Georgia!". Was the place left immaculately clean by us? No. But we did everything that was asked of us except leaving a few dishes in the sink. We didn't have time to finish any final things because we were rushed out and then belittled. We tried to be professional with the cleaning lady and asked to take this up with the owner, but she continued to demean us. Finally after contacting the owner to describe our horrid check out experience, she completely agreed with her cleaning staff and thought that we were treated fairly. I've NEVER had a check-out experience where I was treated this rudely. We did not leave the place in shambles. We just left a little bit of trash in the kitchen, some dishes in the sink, and a few groceries in the fridge. Not ideal, no, but nothing that wouldn't take more than a few minutes to clean up. Everything else about the property was fine, even exceptional...but being treated in this manner after being paying customers is unacceptable.

It was amazing! My children had the best of time. They were able to swim all day and sleep all night on the beach.

Jessica and her husband were really friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. The view of the gulf was gorgeous and we loved how accessible the beach was. my little ones loved the two bunk beds and i loved how fully equipped the kitchen was. Highly recommend this house. You’ll for sure make life long memories!

The communication from Day 1 of renting this property was A+. You will never have problems with communication with her. The townhouse was very clean. Location is great. We wanted to be away from the hustle of the Spring Break crowd but close enough to people for our 18 year olds. We walked to Schooners to eat twice. It is ended up being our most favorite out of everywhere we ate at. Easy to get in and out of traffic wise. Stepping off the deck and right on the beach will be exactly what you get.
