Clean, well-supplied with a beautiful view of the Atlantic and sunrise. Lots of little extras that were appreciated. Would stay here again.

This is a fabulous location, great view, you can easily walk to the pier and restaurants, etc. It's a 15 minute drive to FAU. The house is cute, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The Owner/Property Manager was great to deal with. We will definitely stay again!!

We loved our stay and are looking forward to staying again next summer. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. Marc and his wife are very attentive and we had no issues during our stay. The location is unbeatable. The beach access is directly across the quiet, single lane, one way street. You can walk to all of the shops, restaurants, and the pier. We have two boys, 6 and 9 and they had a blast. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach cart that made lugging everything to the beach very easy. Get up early at least one day and watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while enjoying your coffee on the front patio.

We came to the pink house on the beach as a senior trip to celebrate our son's high school graduation. As we were walking to the beach one day during our trip, my son turned to me and said, "This place was such a great find!" Couldn't agree more with him. The location was perfect. The beach was never crowded and the water was so clear and calm. We took a day trip down to the Florida Keys to snorkel and took in a Miami Marlins baseball game during our stay. The host was always quick with communication and helping us with anything we needed during our stay. Our only regret...we didn't book the house for a longer stay!

Rent this house if you get the chance! Direct beach access in a clean safe neighborhood. On a very popular beachfront walking path, great people watching from the oceanside front patio. My girlfriend and I couldn't have loved it more. the home was great with smart TV's in all rooms and a short walk or free shuttle to plenty of great restaurants and pubs as well as the Deerfield Beach Pier! The house is so well located and well equiped. You are directly at the beach, crossing the street is the beach entrace and shower - very convenient. You will find everything you need. Also, it is very clean and the owner is available for any questions. There is equipement for kids and you can walk to a nice little park with a play area (5 min walk). You are also very close to restaurants. Perfect house for a beach vacations.

I highly recommend this beach house. The location is amazing and the home is in great shape and very clean. Marc is an ideal host and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. He lives on the other side of the house but gives his guests complete privacy. No car is needed because everything in Deerfield Beach is walking distance from this house. The beautiful beach is just across the street and there are beach chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrella, and cooler provided. My friend and I did a girl trip and each brought a daughter and the space was just perfect. I will definitely come again!

My nephew and I booked a 3 day weekend at this little pink house. It was the coldest weekend of the year, but one of the best getaways I’ve had in a long time. The location is second to none…oceanfront and a short walk to the pier and restaurants in Deerfield Beach. The home was impeccably clean and Marc, the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely return!

Right on the walking trail surrounding the beach. Easy access to the beach. Owner Marc is very courteous and helpful but but he allowed us our privacy. The condo was clean and comfortable. All the amenities provided. We loved the week!

From the moment we started booking our trip away we knew this was the place for us. Marc (the owner of the property) responded immediately with all the answers to our questions. We have stayed in the area of Deerfield/Boca for 30 plus years and this was the best rental we have ever stayed at in the area. The location is PERFECT as it is 50 steps to the waters edge and a private pool! There is an outdoor shower for when you are done with the beach and headed back to the house. The house is immaculate and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We have two small children and they were so happy and comfortable at the “pink house”. Beach toys, umbrella, chairs and snorkel gear were happily provided and we’re in amazing condition. Also the kitchen and house was equipped with all the essentials to start your vacation (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, zip lock bags etc). The house was immaculate with soft and new towels for the beach and bath. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very relaxing. The TVs were equipped with Amazon stick or Netflix perfect for the kids to settle down after a fun day. The location is not too far (3/4 of a mile) from fabulous bars and food (JBs, Ocean 234, Flannigans). Marc and Debbie were so responsive and very accomidaying with every question or request we had. The salt water pool was perfect for when we needed a break from the beach. During your short walk from the front of the property to the private pool in the back you pass fresh herbs that are grown by the owners and happily shared to enjoy (basil, mint etc). We are so very fortunate to have found such an amazing property. We have not had a worry free, relaxing trip like this in years!! We will be back again and looking forward to returning! Thank you again Marc and Debbie for sharing your “pink paradise” (as we now call it)!

The accommodations were perfect for my family. Steps from the beach and everything we needed we conveniently accessible. The sleeping and living areas are immaculate and the programmable A/C was perfect. Full sized washer and dryer to help with everyday laundry a huge plus. The owner is such a nice guy and friendly and helpful as can be. The pool was great for a break from the ocean and we had perfect weather for our stay. Can't wait to come back and I would highly recommend it for a hassle free and super convenient beach house escape.

What a great house! This little pink gem is tucked away near a public beach access...yet the beach is not busy or crowded at all, which we appreciated! Restaurants and amenities are very close and convenient! Grocery store is less than ten minutes away. Perfect location, immaculately clean and very well stocked! The front porch is a breezy getaway with an amazing ocean view. Marc was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be renting this wonderful little home again!

Location, location, location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Deerfield beach! We had everything we needed and restaurants were just a short walk away. Deerfield Beach is a very active and friendly community! The beach was just across the street and a beautiful view from the front porch. Marc was great to work with! We will be back!

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at this nice duplex home. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to great restaurants. No need for a car as this great location is close to everything. I would recommend bringing any groceries you need as you make your first trip into the home to start your stay. Going over the draw bridge and train tracks can take some time heading into town to get to any grocery stores or fast food. The service delivered by the family was fantastic. All we needed from beach chairs, boogie boards and towels were in the home. I would highly recommend staying at this great property.

If you want to wake up to see the sun rise on the beach when you wake up from your front door- this is your stay in Deerfield Beach. Walk 100 feet and you are on the beach. Perfect location if you want to park your car in the driveway and be able to walk to restaurants, shops, anything you need. EVERYTHING is provided for your stay. Marc makes your stay enjoyable and relaxing having all the "little things" you need in this beautiful, quiet, comfortable and private home in Paradise!

Our stay at the Deerfield Beach property greatly exceeded expectations. 2-bedroom duplex had an excellent view of the ocean and was closer to the ocean than appeared in the Home Away photos. The two bedrooms each had spacious closets. Notable other features included comfortable king- and queen-sized beds, respectively, with room in each bedroom for a rental crib; a large dining table and second raised table for enjoying drinks and snacks; wonderfully comfortable leather couches; TVs with cable and streaming in the living room and each bedroom; excellent kitchen equipment; good laundry facilities; large numbers of towels for home and beach; beach chairs and beach toys; and most importantly highly responsive hosts who are available next door and at a moment's notice. The charming house is well-located next to sidewalks for daily walks along the ocean and a few steps from the beach. Nice restaurants are a 15-minute walk away. Our hosts happily surprised us with a new high chair for our grandson. We loved our memorable vacation in great part due to our hosts. This part of Deerfield Beach is quiet, amazingly clean, and well-taken care of on a daily basis by the municipality. Our 3-generation family had a blast!

This is my fifth returning trip! I love everything about the beach, the house and the host Marc. I always get my best sleep in this beach house, the beds are so comfortable with the softest sheets... Can't say enough about the value of having the Atlantic ocean right in front of the lawn... Will be back again...

This location is simply gorgeous! Wake up to the most amazing sunrise every morning. The sound of rowing waves can rock you into a peaceful night of sleep. The neighborhood is tranquil, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is beautiful and super clean. Everything is provided for a super relaxing vacation. Beds are super comfy. The host is very friendly, easy to work with. Definitely will book this property again.

I can't wait to visit again and I will certainly stay here again! This house could not be in a better location. Right out the front window is the view of the ocean and palm trees. It's nestled on a corner in a residential section with direct views of the beach. The beach area is a little quieter, but still has lifeguards. It was like having our own private section of the beach. The town/pier of Deerfield is just a short walk with several options for restaurants, ice-cream shops, and gift shops. Each morning we woke up to the spectacular view and could sit on the patio sipping coffee watching walkers go by. Their are wide sidewalks for walking and plenty of lush green areas to enjoy. The house is one of the most well stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. Marc and Debbie have thought of everything.... there were beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. boogie board, and beach toys. All items that are very necessary and difficult to travel with if you are flying in. The house was also stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and paper products. Not to mention the house was super clean and very well maintained too. The house also offers a great pool and patio area too if you want a break from the beach. There is a driveway to park a car which is a big deal considering you have to pay to park everywhere in Deerfield. We only used our car to take a couple day trips to Miami and one trip to the grocery store, but otherwise everything we needed was within walking distance. Marc and Debbie were very easy to work with. Great communication before, during, and after our stay. In fact our safety deposit was refunded before we even landed back in our hometown. Again I can't say enough great things about Marc & Debbie's home. One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in!

We were super relaxed after spending quiet beach time at this beautiful beach house. The location is awesome. It is very close to all major shopping outlets, yet it is on an island, away from the hustle. Two sushi restaurants and all other kinds of food are within walking distance. It is so clean that you can eat off the floor. The kitchen appliances are all brand new. The property is in excellent condition. Everything we needed was provided. The host is super friendly and responsive. We will be back again soon.
