We really enjoyed the stay here and had a great time. Lovely quiet location in reach of nice walks, villages and Cotswold water park. There were a couple of issues which have been emailed separately, but overall very nice.

We went to Yew Tree Farmhouse to celebrate a birthday postponed from last year . The house exceeded our expectations, it was beautifully presented throughout and all rooms were clean and well appointed with a welcome hamper awaiting us on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyable stay , would highly recommend .

The house was so well cared for and immaculate. We could relax as soon as we entered the house. Thoroughly enjoyed the games room and hot tub. Location is beautiful for walks, visiting and bike riding. Had a wonderful 3 generation family break.

14 of us, ranging from 5 to 78 years old visited for a week long break and had an amazing time. The property and grounds were wonderful and were perfect for our large group. We had plenty of space to do our "own thing" but also for us all to be together as well. The house is stunning - quirky and full of character. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a beautiful place to stay in a lovely part of the country.

Highly recommended as the perfect venue for a relaxing family holiday. Although a large house, it felt homely and inviting. Beautifully furnished with everything in keeping with the age and style of the property. The large garden and outdoor dining areas were well used. Games room and hot-tub were a big hit with all ages. A lovely country setting with lots of small villages nearby. A house and location for all weathers and age groups + pet friendly (with owners permission).

Yew Tree Farm is an excellent,large property which is ideal for large family gatherings ( sleeps 12 comfortably). The fittings and furnishings are also excellent. My only comment would be that during our stay the septic tank was fairly smelly.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house was perfect, beautifully appointed snd comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful house surrounded by an orchard and blissful open space. The house catered for all our needs and kitchen was fully equipped for our extended family. We made use of the games room and loved the homey feel of the entire place. Thank you for everything x

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Yew Tree which we rented for the entire month of Aug. I have 3 young kids (7,5 and 2). The house is newly decorated and tastefully done. The bedrooms are spacious. We loved the large garden, the separate BBQ area with additional seating and the games room was a big hit for children and adults alike! The owner is super responsive and happy to give recommendations of what to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return soon!

11 of my friends and me rented this beautiful house for my 30th. Absolutely fabulous, beautiful bedrooms felt like a mini Soho Farmhouse. We had a catering company come Saturday, kitchen is well equipped. Fire pit outside was the main entertainment of the weekend for the boys. Loved it highly recommend!

Yew Tree Farmhouse provided everything and more for our Christmas stay. The games barn worked fantastically well for family fun at this time of year. All the beds were comfy and the showers lovely. We will have many happy memories of this house for years to come.

Yew Tree Farmhouse has been decorated in the most beautiful way sympathetic to the house's age and style but it has all the mod cons. The house is cosy and welcoming with plenty of space so you are not top of one and another even when all six bedrooms are occupied. The location lends itself to great walks in the countryside straight out the door and for those very wet days the table tennis provides much entertainment. You get a friendly welcome from the locals in the pub and the village itself is picture postcard. The owners are also at the end on text to assist with any questions or issues.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend stay celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with three generations of our family. Everything lived up to our expectations and care was taken to explain all the various health and safety procedures. The only thing that slightly marred it for us was that on arrival, internal maintenance work was being undertaken which was not completed for nearly two hours, making our settling in rather awkward.

Just returned from an amazing break at Yew Tree Farmhouse the house with a large group of friends. The house itself was amazing recently refurbished to a very high standard, clean and perfectly equipped. Everything you’d need for a weekend away with friends and family including done dvd’s and toys for the kids!
