The apartment was very spacious for us 4 adults. Close to most of the activities, trains, Metro and Tram.
I think the owner should invest on an iron!!!
The negative part was the noise. Very busy main road..

Really enjoyed our stay. We were with 5 adults, apartment is really large. Only downside was that the shower didn’t get very warm. The rest was great!

I can not recommend the apartment enough that we have stayed in! Clean, spacious, lovely decor, very safe and at a great location. Check in was super easy too.
I had lots of bad experiences with apartment rentals in the past so I was very anxious to rent an apartment but with a child we thought it's the safest thing to do as we need a washing machine and probably a kitchen too even on holidays. I do suffer sometimes from anxiety too, but Frank was very great at communicating with me and addressed any concerns I had.
There is a kids playground just around the corner next to the Danube with great views and all the main sights are walkable distance from the apartment. Food shops are just around the corner too. Frank has kindly sent us recommendations for restaurants etc. too. We have spent a lot of time in the apartment as my daughter fell ill. The kids emergency hospital has provided us wonderful care too.
Budapest is a wonderful city for families! It has so much activities for kids and adults too. This apartment made our Budapest experience even more amazing. We can't wait to return! Thank you Frank and family!!

Very good experience renting here, right in the middle of the city. Very close to many different attractions, restaurants, and public transit. Frank was very attentive and responsive, and helped us to make sure we had an excellent stay. The property is very large with a nice kitchen as well

The property and the building were clean and updated, just like the photos on line. At the crossing of two tram lines and one metro line, it was easy to get anywhere in the city in minutes from our quiet apartment. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Family visit to Budapest
This is an amazing apartment, far exceeding our expectations. Very clean and bright and very secure. Just a short walk to the river, fantastic restaurants and the city centre. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Apartment with supportive owner
Charming and large apartment in Budapest. Close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Easy to get to the old town. Frank was excellent with handling an issue with the hot water. My sons and I all had our own bedrooms. I enjoyed having all of Frank’s recommended restaurants and things to see. Our favorite restaurant was Trattoria Toscana. I recommend the apartment.

Terrific apartment in great location!
Frank's apartment was a wonderful retreat for our family of 6. It was spotless and there was lots of space to relax in after busy days of sightseeing! The location is convenient for grocery stores, walking to the Central Market Hall, etc and for catching public transportation everywhere we wanted to go! My only suggestion is to add a curtain to the entryway window and the kitchen window for privacy. Highly recommend this apartment! We would happily stay here again, if we have the opportunity to return to Budapest.

Two weeks in a great flat for less - AMAZING
We came with our family for a two week holiday to Budapest. Franks apartment is very beautiful. Its big and got a nice decor. The apartment has wooden floor and high ceiling. Its hard to find a big flat for holiday rental for this price. It was a great stay in a great city. We all loved it a lot. Thanks for staying in your apartment.

!!! Mädels Wochenende - AS ITS BEST !!!
Waren hier zu sechst mit den besten Freundinnen und hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende. Franks Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut und zentral gelegen. Außerdem sehr groß und sehr hell. Einfach ein fantastisches Apartment. Von hier aus ist es nicht weit ins Jüdische Viertel und auch zur Donau kann man getrost und gemütlich laufen. Das traditionsreiche Cafe New York ist um die Ecke und die fantastische Markthalle hat alles was man braucht, Käse aus der Käsemanufaktur, Wein direkt vom Winzer, einen super Fleischstand mit allen möglichen Wurstsorten, mehrere Obst und Gemüsestände und Mittag essen kann man auch für sehr kleines Geld. Aber lecker. Gut, dass es einen Fahrstuhl gibt, nach den unzähligen Spaziergängen freut man sich sehr diesen zu benutzen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Kurzurlaub für low budget. Vielen Dank für die vielen Tipps. Frank ist ein großartiger Gastgeber.

our first holiday rental went out great
We arrived at midnight, what was no problem. The pick up from the airport went very good. Check In at this time was no problem at all. The flat is very clean and everything works good. Nice furniture and also very good location. Frank helped us a lot with some nice suggestions for nice restaurants and sightseeing. All ins all we spent a great week in this beautiful city and Franks flat. And now we will also try to come back and bring some friends. So for the first time it was a good experience to rent a flat instead an overpriced hotel room. Thanks for everything.

Excellent
Wir waren hier im August mit mehreren Freunden und es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Franks Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und mehr. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen. Von hier aus kommt man einfach zu Fuß überall hin oder mit der Tram 4 und 6 vor der Tür ebenfalls. Die Markthalle um die Ecke ist super und bietet unglaublich viel - Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Milch, Metzger etc.... Einfach ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung. Vielen Dank.

I came with my parents and there friends. We rented this flat, because of the lift and the nice looking features, like coffee maker, Geneva Sound System, Florence Knoll leather sofa etc. I must say it was worth doing it and even much better then the pictures. The apartment got lots of space and a roomy feeling while walking down the hallway and going from room to room. There is lots of light and that makes it even better. Its quiet and someone can relax after a long day walking in the city. The kitchen got everything what is needed. Everybody enjoyed the apartment and for this price its hard to find anything like this elsewhere. Thanks a lot for this great stay at your place.

Location, Location, Location.
Location, Location, Location. This apartment exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 5 and we fit nicely into the apartment with plenty of room to spare. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities one could expect at home. It is located in the best place, close to transport and a wide range of restaurant just around the corner. We will be back.

Kurztrip nach Budapest
Das erste mal in Budapest mit Freunden und dann eine so schönes, komfortables und gut ausgestatetes Appartment!! Alles sauber und übersichtlich, das Bad ist ein Erlebnis mit Regendusche, hohe Decken und helle Räume, dazu das Design des Appartments passend zum Flair der Stadt. Ein Appartment mit absolutem Wohlfühlcharakter und die Reise Wert!!

Klasse Wohnung in Bester Lage
Wir waren hier mit 5 Freunden. Einfach nicht zu toppen. Wenige Minuten vom Jüdischen Viertel, gleich um die Ecke das Cafe Hauer mit dem besten Kuchen der Stadt und unschlagbaren Preisen. Und alles was man sonst so braucht direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Super Einrichtung nur vom Besten. Wir haben es sehr genossen. DANKE

Traumferienwohnung
Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage im Grand Budapest Apartment.Die Ferienwohnung ist eigentlich ein Geheimtip: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viel Platz, bequeme Betten, ein tolles Bad, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und (wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind) absolut leise. Die Wohnung liegt prima als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, die tollen Lokale im jüdischen Viertel fußläufig, Cafe New York nur einen Katzensprung entfernt...man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen , ebenso die grandiose große Markthalle. Absolte Empfehlung*****

central and very stylish
we spent a great time with our friends and family in franks apartment. the taxi driver pick us up from the airport and helped us with check in. everything was clean and the apartment is right in the centre and got everything you. beside all that it is very stylish and also charming. communication with frank was very good. thanks a lot for a nice week in summer.

we love this place and love the city
we are returning customers and always like franks apartments. he runs several in that area and all are amazing and you cant say which it the best flat. the features are all the same - high ceiling, wooden floors, lots of space and light, elevator and right in the middle of everything. we would like to live in one of the flats. but instead coming back ... :) thanks a lot again frank
