Loved floor plan! One shower had sign asking us not to use it, and another note said not to go out on balcony, things we we looked forward to doing. No downstairs smoke alarm. Place needs some repair, paint. But we still had a great time there.

Very nice accommodations with a large game room. The house was very well furnished and clean. The host was very nice and communicative. Overall a great place to stay.

Everything was good, only needs a few thing handles which would make a great stay. 1. Needed more linens 2. Needs new kitchen pots and pans. Clean Frying Pans. 3. Make sure all trash is emptied from trash cans. 4. Up stairs balcony needs repairs. Alpine in the future will be a great place to visit. An investment would insure good more guests.

100% would stay here again. Good location and great owners!

It was relaxing for the adults & came equipped with all the amenities. It had fun things for the kids included as well!. Upstairs shower & jacuzzi we’re a big hit.

I came with friends and my daughters for a long weekend to watch a volleyball game and football game. This was the perfect house to stay in for a group. Everyone had their own space but also we could come together in the game room to hang out. We carved pumpkins in the back yard and decorated cookies in the kitchen. The big kids played pool while we watched a baseball game on the big tv in the game room. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable and relaxing. The house is stocked with everything ,just like being home. Ralph and Ryan are great guys and very helpful.

what a great place to stay!

Very comfortable home in the town of Alpine Texas. Minutes from anywhere in town and gateway to McDonald Observatory and Big Bend. Very rare traffic on this residential street. Some night noise from trains and barking dogs. The home is cute and well equipped. Ralph lives nearby and was very responsive. Easy check in and check out. I am very glad we stayed here.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in an area that contained some of the oldest buildings in Alpine. Old area but wonderful. Really enjoyed the town and Sul Ross State University. Beautiful campus.

Thank you for welcoming us into your home! The entire process was stress free. Ryan was so helpful with pre-arrival questions and Ralph was so helpful upon arrival. The decor was lovely and the location and layout of the home were perfect for our crew. Nice, quiet location combined with beautiful weather, made for perfect coffee drinking on the porch. We hope to stay again when in Alpine!

Only drawbacks were the bathtub faucets were hard to adjust, and the neighbor's dog barked at night occasionally. I would recommend this place to others..

we rented the house for the express purpose of feeding my son's team the Alpine cowboys They absolutely loved the game room / pool table ( and the food) and felt it gave them a nice place to relax and socialize. It was perfect for our needs The neighbors were super nice and Ralph was helpful as well Will definitely rent again And if you go to a cowboys game and # 19 hits a home run, put a little extra in the hat!

We had a very nice experience with our rental. Ralph, the owners father responded very quickly to any request we made. Minor issue. The teen boys really loved the pool table. Actually, we all did. We had a tournament one evening. I lost! But it was really great to interact with my grandson and his friend. Had some deer pass by one evening. We were sad that we did not get to spend more time relaxing, but it was a short vacation and we had a lot to do in a limited amount of time. My ONLY downfall was the front bedroom, where I slept, did not have vents so it didn't cool off. Was very warm trying to sleep. Maybe a fan would help. Other than the ceiling fan. It did not help much.
