Great convenience for exploring city center

We only had two nights but it was comfortable. It’s a very close walk to Guinness Storehouse and walkable to temple Bar area. It was great to not have to worry about a car.

Very centrally located, but tucked away from a main street so you do not get traffic noises. Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We were able to make Easter dinner, roast and potatoes from ingredients from local shops. Overall, very clean, neat, and well maintained. We would recommend this property to anyone and if we return to Dublin would definitely stay here again.

Home was just as advertised plus more. There was christmas treats for us when we arrived and christmas decorations. Very close, walking distance to Dublin attractions and tours, restaurants. Our host was attentive and thoughtful. He even left videos about the heat and locking the door which were helpful. We are a family of 6 and very much enjoyed our stay.

The location inside a secure courtyard and with parking is a huge plus. Easy walking to the sights and pubs in Dublin. The townhouse was very clean and has a great sitting area. The pillows and towels had end of season wear and could be better. Also, kitchen shows end of season with amenities depleted a bit. Our host responded immediately to my email regarding coffee maker and brought a replacement. Overall, though, this property made Dublin easily accessible for a very good price.

This is a fabulous townhouse in a gated enclave close to most tourist attractions and lots of pubs and restaurants close by. The host did a great job of including tourist information and sights options for Dublin and surrounding areas. The flat was clean and comfortable accommodating our four adult group. Communication with our host was excellent. We highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting Dublin!

Great location (near St James gate and St Patrick’s). Gated entrance and good privacy. Kitchen is nicely appointed to make a few simple meals - and there’s a Lidl within walking distance. Simple check-in and check-out

This was a great place in the heart of Dublin. We were able to walk everywhere. Especially convenient if you plan to visit the Guinness Storehouse, as it is just minutes from the apartment. We also found plenty of nearby coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants (don’t miss Spitalfields!). Would highly recommend!

Overall we were pleased with our stay. It was tucked away a bit, but we could walk to all the points of interest, very close to Guinness Storehouse. Plenty of beds for our group of 5. Communication and check in was excellent. Thank you Doug!

The house was exactly as shown, the host was easy to communicate with and the location was great. We enjoyed our time staying here, the fact that is a gated court added some peace of mind as well.

The property was in an excellent location, easy to walk to all the main tourist attractions in Dublin, and we felt safe in the gated area.

The house was perfect as a home base for our week long stay in Dublin with our two daughters. Doug was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location is a quick walk to Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery and two other smaller distilleries. We walked everywhere with no issues and felt quite safe at any time of the day. A smaller grocery (Tesco) is just around the corner, and a slightly larger grocery (Dunnes) is located in town about 1 Mile from the flat. As the stay here was the second week of our two week vacation, being able to do laundry was important. There is a washing machine but no clothes dryer. We were able to hang our clothes outside to dry one day, and use the third floor room to hand the clothes to dry another day. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this to anyone looking to stay a couple of days in Dublin.

Doug was great. Our stay was amazing. The townhouse was perfect and nicely tucked away from traffic. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would go back. We were within walking distance to everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay

When we arrived at the property, we were told there would be three sets of keys. There were only two. We informed the property manager and he told us to simply make sure we used the latch across the door each evening. Unfortunately, the latch had been ripped from the wall at some point in the past and the property manager didn’t know this. I know Ireland is a safe country, but we never felt 100% comfortable in this townhouse. More than likely, a past guest accidentally walked off with the keys, but who is to say someone wouldn’t come back, either while we were there or while we were out so they could steal our stuff. Also, as we are Americans, it would have been very helpful to have basic written instructions on how to use the TV, sign into Netflix, etc. This wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I won’t stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in Merchants Quay, it was great to be able to walk to so many sights and attractions, the home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Doug was great, very friendly and helpful, flexible with check in and check out to suit our needs. Highly recommend !!!

The Liberty's is a central place, and our home was secure and an excellent place for the Dublin leg of our journey I would recommend this place especially if you have children as it is gated and the can run around outside
