We stayed here for a week this year. The cabin itself was very clean and the location was fantastic. We had some issues, but overall had a wonderful trip.

The first thing I noticed when entering the cabin was how clean everything was. The cabin itself was extremely cozy. There were deer right outside the back door almost every morning (we were there mid February). It’s within reasonable driving distance from everything we wanted to do, from Mercier orchard, to Anna Ruby falls. When we did have a question about anything, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even sent a guy out to help us with the fireplace (user error, no fault of the company). Our whole family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. I enjoyed it so much, I actually got sad when I got home. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay a Bear Escape! The cabin was cozy and warm, The town of Helen is a great place to visit! We would love to come back to stay again!

We had a great time at this cabin over New Year's Weekend. So glad it was still decorated for Christmas as well. Very cozy!

The cabin was perfect - clean, great location, plenty of room, very well appointed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and are already telling our friends about it. Highly, highly recommend!

I loved this property and its amenities. From the hot tub, to the toaster, to the pool table. It was the perfect size for our group and the wrap around porch and fresh air made it a delight. We had extended family members staying right next door, easy 1 minute walk and were only 15 minutes from Helen and 10 minutes from Yonah winery! Hoping to stay here again, in the near future.

Everything was wonderful and well put together my only "complaint" if you can call it that is that i wish i knew it was on a dirt road to better plan my vehicle situation.....other than that it was amazing

2nd time staying in this cabin and would come back! Beautiful cabin inside and out. Cabin was very clean before arrival. Plenty of room for our group. Loved sitting on back of the wrap around porch and relaxing.

This cabin is roomy and has everything you need for a weekend getaway with friends! We loved the outdoor firepit area and the recliners in the family room. The hot tub was a hit and the downstairs entertainment area was fun too. It is withing easy distance to Helen and Clarksville so getting out to dinner was a breeze. The people at the rental company were super helpful and very fast about getting back to me about everything. I would definitely rent from them again!

Property manager graciously allowed extra dogs for a fee. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking tools. We enjoyed the soft music playing upon arrival it really helped set the vacation mood. Substandard cleaning- lipstick and hair in cups, mold in basement shower, lots of dust and cobwebs throughout the home. ** SAFETY ** Minimum property safety standards are not likely being met at this property: - 2 of the 3 basement bedrooms do not have proper ingress/egress for emergency exits. - None of the basement bedrooms have a fire/smoke alarm, let alone an interconnected smoke alarm. - 1 of the basement bedrooms does not have air return for heating or cooling or any air circulation. Even if not for safety it caused our family discomfort because of lack of heating. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounding area. Close to downtown Helen and Dukes Creek Falls which was an amazing hike!

Our family has grown over the last 3 years with Kids getting married and adding grandkids. We have been staying at a VRBO property over the holidays for that time. We are looking for our forever Christmas Cabin that we can rent from year to year. Pine Springs is definitely in the running for next year! It was the right amount of space and only a few things that we would change but nothing that would keep us from renting this property again.

Beautiful wooded area for a peaceful stay.

Pine Springs was an amazing location for my family to enjoy a wedding weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everything, kids and adults all had elbow room. We didn't partake in the local activities due to the wedding events, but there is plenty to do and only about 15 minutes from beautiful Alpine Helen, GA. Plenty of wineries around if that is your thing, central to most N GA wineries.

We come every year and this was a great house. Perfect distance from everything.

Great location and cabin. The process was smooth and the stay was accomodating. My family really enjoyed themselves. We hope to return soon.

Pine Springs was a great place to stay. We were in Cleveland for a wedding and had a big family staying there. There was plenty of room for all. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay there.

We stayed with nine adults and three children and have plenty of space. The cabin was well stocked and equipped for our needs. It was clean when we arrived and very welcoming. The only thing that we would change would be The road situation. Several times people were going the wrong way in the one way and there are lots of potholes in the gravel roads.
