Bedrooms were very comfortable, and clean, the pool was warm which was perfect for my kid Our waiter at the swimming pool and break fast was extremely attentive

The air conditioning in my room was not working and woke up at 4.00 am soaking wet in sweat At check in I gave all the information for my invoice, asking to please be reviewed, however they did it wrong In year 2023, we only had cable, vs. Smart tv.

Food at the restaurant was delicious! The rooms was nice and clean. shower was hot and beds were comfortable.

It wasn't much near by.

Super modern, clean, world-class hotel. You will feel like you are in Europe if you stay here. (As it happens, I am on my eighth stay here right now!) The restaurant is world-c;lass, and if you don't like that, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel, too - I will probably try that out tonight. Rooms: Sparkling clean, and decorated in a very comfortable, contemporary way. Everything about this hotel screams "WELL-MAINTAINED!" and "CLEAN AND MODERN!" Desk staff are fantastic, and most of them speak English. Hortensia is a GREAT help. She is, I think, the desk staff manager, and ALWAYS solves any problem I may have quickly. :)

Wish breakfast, or at least coffee, was available early - I usually check out around 4AM. Other than that, PERFECT!!!

Fantastic, modern, clean, and quiet hotel, staffed with very polite professionals.

It is a great place. Quiet, comfortable, great location out of the city. Food is also great.

The bathroom tile is very slippery. Be very careful with that.
