The girls loves their time here.

My family and I booked this place for our annual family staycation, and it was perfect for our large group! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the pool and trampoline in the backyard were a huge hit! Ashlee was so responsive to any questions we may have had and was so kind during our whole stay! We will absolutely book this home again in the future!

Not one place uncomfortable
Except for mosquitoes but thats hard to fight. We just bought alot of candles and spray. Overall great.

This house is beautiful and we could not have asked for anything better. You are close to all in town but feel like you are in the country with the creek and all the trees that line the back yard. Pool is so clear and refreshing. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Will definitely keep it in mind should we need to be in or near Decatur again. If you are looking for a great find, this is it. Do not hesitate to book it. Communication and friendliness is top notch.

Just a close trip before school starts. Great property with relaxing pool. In a neighborhood but the way it’s situated doesn’t feel that way with the wooded area behind the house.

We had seven ladies come hang out, swim, watched movies and just caught up with each other. The house is gorgeous and had plenty of space for us all.

Spacious home with everything you need! Indoor/outdoor fun and very relaxing. Weather was chilly so was looking forward to hot tub mentioned in online listing/pictures but it had been removed. Great communication with owner.

My family had a wonderful time at this property for a much needed staycation! The pool, trampoline and rope swing made the stay extra fun for everyone. We had a few unexpected things arise during our stay however the owner quickly responded to my inquires to discuss them. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Wedding Weekend
We spent the weekend here and the property is magnificent. We were able to bring our small dogs and they loved the fenced in yard. The outdoor patio area is where our Bruce and nephew and friends hung out and played games. Very family friendly resort style home. The Host was easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. Highly recommend this property and the Bohn family

Girls weekend
We were very disturbed to find an indoor security camera in the home, plugged in and on. We’ve made a report to VRBO and are waiting on a resolution as vrbo has told the owner that in order to have their listing reinstated, they must give us a refund. They violated vrbo policy with the indoor camera.
I understand this is their main house but if you’re going to rent it out, then guests should have more room in the fridge. They only left us 2 shelves on one side.
The owner never put the check in and out instructions to access via vrbo. We had to call the day before and about 2 hours prior to check in to get her to send the door code.

Best Bachelorette Trip Ever!!

Amazing house!
Had a group of 11 stay for me and a friends birthday! Ended up being colder than expected so we didn’t swim. But the hot tub, fire pit and trampoline saved the day. Beautiful and spacious both inside and out. The owner called me within minutes of me having a question about the grill. Everyone invited was so impressed and had a wonderful time. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful stay
My leadership cohort was in town for one of our fellows wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. Beautiful home and outdoor set up. We had the best time and were very sad to leave! If you are traveling to Decatur then I would highly recommend staying here!

Ashlee is has great customer service!
Was great except: TV in master suite wasn’t working correctly due to remote, and description of house and amenities stated hot tub and there was not one. That was the only big disappointment. Hosted my wedding rehearsal at this house and for my bridal party to stay. Everyone thought it was beautiful and plenty of room in the backyard for all of our activities

Cousins weekend we ran ages 62 to 87
Everyone agreeed we would go back again. They loved the home. Only thing was getting to the pool area for the oldest was down steps with no railing. Overall rated it the best place we had ever stayed.

Nice location with a lot of amenities. The house is beautiful and the pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect for a Labor Day weekend family get together.
