This house was perfect for our vacation. We stayed for a full week, and it had everything we needed and more. The house and yard were clean, Jim was helpful and immediately responsive, and the location was quiet yet convenient to everything we wanted to do. Everything about it was incredibly dog friendly, too, with the fenced in yard and enclosed deck. The interior was also dog-friendly with strong, scratch-free floors and couch covers. The fire pit was fun, and the house was stocked with wood. Two grills, air fryer, Ninja coffee-maker, great washer/dryer, and AC and TV in every room are just a few of the amenities. We were quite comfortable and happy the entire week, even the day it poured and we didn’t really go anywhere! Thank you! We’ll be back!

Perfect for our group of 8, but our originally booked group of 10 would have been accommodated perfectly! ....excellent location...very comfortable... Jim was fantastic to deal with and very informative! Look no further!!

It was great and the place was very clean and wonderful had a lot of fun with my family out in the back in the fire pit doing a barbecue burgers on the grill because they supply you with two girls, one out front and one in the back and table so you could sit with your whole family and have a wonderful lunch and dinner.

This house was perfect for our family! The fenced yard was great for the dog and the location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The host was especially helpful and responsive to questions in a timely fashion. We will definitely visit this property again the next time we're in the area!

We are a group of old friends with spouses and kids (6 adults, 4 kids ages 8-10) and this house was the perfect fit for us! The downstairs was a finished basement with a queen bedroom, 3 twin beds and plenty of space for them to hang out. The adults had plenty of room on the 1st and 2nd floors with 3 bedrooms. Beautiful house, clean, fenced yard for the pup. Only a few minutes from town. We hope to stay again!

The place we stayed was clean and nicely updated. There was plenty of room for us ( there was 8 of us) and room for more. Check in was a breeze . Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome home. Very clean. Nice large tv in Living room. Very large fenced in backyard that my two babies (dogs) Brady & Gisele enjoyed immensely. Just a really nice home to rent. It makes you feel like you are still home while on vacation. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone considering a New Hampshire vacation.

We loved staying here! Location was great. We loved the fenced in back yard! Our dog loved it too. The fire pit was back there as well. So our pup could be out there while we had s'mores. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my friends had an excellent time here at this property. It’s exactly what is described and didn’t disappoint. The area is fantastic for all types of fun whether you like hiking, swimming, shopping etc. I highly recommend. Property manager was a great communicator! 5 stars!

We went with our two adult daughters and our dogs . It was great having the yard, and there was plenty of room for everyone - lots of bedrooms , baths and hot water . Kitchen stocked well.

Will rent again. Perfect setup for small dogs.

The house was perfect and had so much room . It was tucked away in a very private area but location was perfect and not far from activities, lake, shopping etc . Jim was very responsive and such a nice surprise walking in to our welcome “goodie bags” he supplied. Highly recommend this rental

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The house is fully equipped with every amenity you may need while away (including air fryer/ninja coffee maker). The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for all guests. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit every night (plenty of firewood). Lots of games and toys. We have a 2 year old and there was even a little minnie mouse table for her. So close to downtown, echo lake, dianas bath. We can't wait to come back next year with our family! Owner quick to respond to any needs we had! Thank you so much!!

The house was wonderful, it met all our needs. It is beautifully decorated and very clean.The house is located near all attractions. We had a great time visiting NH (hiking, swimming, shopping). I highly recommend this house. I hope to rent for a winter ski weekend.

The property was better than the site stated. All of our needs were met, our plans changed last minute and we brought our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 children. This house is perfect for everyone. Fenced in yard is great for the kids!! Firepit in front yard is good for when kids go to bed !! The location was perfect!! From the moment we booked this property everything was flawless. Jim and I communicated a bit and he was able to answer all my questions. The property is perfect, clean and what we needed. Everything was in its place and very neat and clean.

Staying here was fabulous. Communicating with Jim was extremely easy - he was always speedy to reply prior to our stay and even let us bring additional guests and check-in a bit early. Everything in the house is as described. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Having two full baths was wonderful (the downstairs shower is a stall shower and a bit tight, nothing we couldn't manage for a short stay). The beds were very comfortable. Having the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. And the location is great for neighborhood walks and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, hikes, and more. Thank you for everything, Jim!

All in all there were 6 adults, a tween, two toddlers and a baby at the house during our stay. We arrived to very sweet welcome gifts and an extremely clean house. We had plenty of space and could have slept many more than we had if necessary. The house is setup beautifully and is tastefully decorated. The things in the house that seemed expensive were easy enough to move out of the path of the kids. The outdoor space is amazing for playing with the kids and the fire pit was terrific. The basketball hoop got plenty of use by the tween and adults. More firewood is provided by the owner than can possibly be used during one vacation. The house is located extremely close to downtown North Conway and yet far enough away that it feels woodsy and private. We all wished we had booked for a couple of extra nights during our trip but are already planning our next stay as soon as we can coordinate vacation schedules. Jim was helpful and a great communicator before and after our trip. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone who needs a nice play to stay with plenty of sleeping space close to the busy part of North Conway but with still plenty of space to spread out.

Had a wonderful time in North Conway! Jim was exceptional at communicating with me via email and text. The house has everything you could possibly need. The fenced back yard was great for letting my pup out. The beds, couches were super comfy . Loved the decor ! Great location, so close to all the fun in North Conway. I think we will be back :)

We so enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Perfect for our family ski trip. Nice kitchen fully stocked, beds all comfortable and everything was so clean and well-maintained. Basement room has bedroom with a double bed, and also 3 twin beds.. perfect for our kids. Easy ride to town and to mountain. Will definitely be back- thank you!!

We just got back from staying at Jim’s beautiful home. We couldn’t have been happier. He was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. Welcome bags were a nice touch. The fire pit was awesome, with plenty of firewood. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. We had 10 adults and 2 kids and we all had an amazing time. We will most DEFINITELY be back. The house was centrally located, near everything North Conway has to offer. Thanks again, Jim!! :)
