The house was clean. However the roaches in the kitchen are a problem. There are a few traps out, so the owners are aware that there is a problem and it appears they are trying. If you need a place to stay this is a nice house. The listing we saw when booking said the number and size of beds in the loft area was different than what is actually there. In the loft area there is a futon and a twin size bunk bed with the upper bed having a slight rail due to the bed frame itself. The coffee pot is broken and when we contacted the owner to let her know she responded quickly and will be providing a new one soon. I appreciated her quick response to our message about the coffee pot. Overall our family enjoyed our stay in this house. We had a fun family vacation!

Beautiful home, great people to work with. Great location and very easy to get to Lackland Airforce base.

When I first arrived, I didn’t have the code (from VRBO) to enter the home. I reached out to the property manager and they responded immediately. We had five adults staying in the home. The neighborhood was quiet. And during my son town pass, we spent the day playing games, watching movies, and eating in the home. The commute back and forth to Lackland AFB was perfect. It allowed for us to maximize the time we spent with my new Airman. The only downside to my stay was, when we first arrived, we noticed a few dead bugs on the floor in the kitchen area. And during our stay we also saw several roaches in the kitchen area. Other than the bugs, the property accommodated the needs of me and my family.

Erica was very kind with any concerns we had and gave me choices on how to proceed. It was a close drive to the lackland AFB.

This house had all the space we needed, with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a room for kids with bunk beds, a futon and game tables. A very large kitchen and plenty of room to relax.

Good experience overall, recommended.

Stayed here for BMT graduation. Not much to do near the property, but close to base. Home was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Only thing I would change is the showers. Old shower heads and no pressure. Communication was ok with the owners. It was exactly what we needed. Nice and simple.

Erica has a wonderful home that we used as home base while attending our daughter's BMT graduation. It was inside the 1604 loop which meant our daughter was able to come and relax after graduation. My other children loved the use of the community pool. Thank you Erica for the use of your place! The Jones Family

Home is close to Lackland which was the most important thing for us especially when we needed to get there early! Owner was responsive when we had an issue with a bathtub valve that went bad. She had someone over there straight away to get fixed and even got us dinner that night for the inconvenience. Stuff happens, but the quick response of the owners made it only a small blip on what was a wonderful trip to see our new Airman!

Overall I would have given this property a 5 star but there was one major down fall that was a bit upsetting. I had planed on cooking a dinner for my airmen to give him a taste of home and to have a relaxing time with out having to go out, but the stove was unusable beyond very light cooking. It was off balance and the slightest touch caused it to rock back and forth, and two of the burners would not sit down flat so I couldn't safely used them at all. Plus the inside of the stove was very dirty and could use a really good clean. The rest of the property was clean and comfortable. Since I had to change plans around and we really couldn't use the kitchen, other then some grab and go breakfasts I can only give this property 5 stars.

House is located in neighborhood, but on busy road. Neighbor dog barked quite a bit. Coffee pot could use a good cleaning, took over 1 hour to brew less than half a pot of coffee. We cleaned it ourselves, helped some.

Great location everything was close and not to hectic to get on highway. Shopping nearby would definitely recommend. Only one issue someone kept using our trash bin, which led us to overfill! However not enough of an issue to diminish any part of our great stay there!

The house was easy to access, the manager response was good. For the most part everything was pretty clean. The landscaping in the front needs to be trimmed badly, and there’s no light above the front door. The house was easy to access, the manager response was good. The beds were comfortable though there was only sheets for the bunk beds and no linens for the futon. There were only 2 heavier blankets in the hall closet we used for our 2 that slept in the loft area. It was very sparse when it came to any extra blankets. Minor complaints like the condition of the pans they had. We used a few and no amount of grease kept things from sticking. My guess over use and previous people washing them in the dishwasher did these pans in. This is a common thing we encounter in rentals, but it’s still aggravating, especially when trying to save $ and cook. The sink sprayer needs replacing since the holes are so clogged from mineral deposits. The biggest complaint we could have had was the water pressure. It is excruciatingly slow, and if water is running elsewhere in the house, it is worse. It made 2 people taking showers simultaneously difficult. All in all, the place was ok, but with a few attention to some details & some maintenance it could be amazing.

Excellent stay

This house was a nice place for us to stay while we visited San Antonio. There was plenty of space for us to all spread out. We had everything we needed in order to cook family meals and the beds were very comfortable. Erica was wonderful about getting back to me with any questions or concerns I had.

It was a nice house and neighborhood but something went wrong with the cleaning schedule and had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves and laundry in order to have clean sheets and towels to get showers and get in bed. Other than that it was a good place to go.

We were in town for a BMT graduation. This house was in a perfect location to the base. It had all the amenities and space we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. And Erica was great to wrk with!
