Our stay was great, we were very close to the beach and board walk and family in local area. Our Grandkids loved it and place was very clean.

We just got home from a week stay. The owner is fantastic and super communicative. Great location to be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Central air is definitely a plus as well. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Good location for beach, boardwalk, and seaside heights and seaside park Activities. It was very nice that they left us beach passes too. This house is not real fancy at all but exactly what we needed for a family getaway to the beach we had a great time.

The stay was great! Nice place for the price! I would definitely stay again. There was some issues with the Vrbo app and the Host was very easy to get a hold of and very communicative. He worked with us so well and accommodated any needs.

clean, quiet; highly recommend!

First the positive-the location was great-a block and a half from the beach and the boardwalk. For the price, the size of the area we rented was perfect for 7 people, 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 teenager. Now for the negative-the place was not clean. It had been vacuumed and swept, which were what was expected at check-out but I question if anything else was done. It was very dusty, not all the dishes felt clean and many of the cabinets were in disarray. We dusted as soon as we got there. With a little more attention and cleaning, this could be a great beach rental.

It was perfect for 3 special friends having a farewell to summer weekend at our happy place 😀. The proximity of the house to the beach, 7-eleven, and the boardwalk was perfect and each of us having our own bedroom was awesome! The house had everything that we needed and thank you Chris for leaving the AC units in, the weather was gorgeous and the weekend was everything we had hoped it would be!

The apartment was filthy. The only clean thing was the bathroom. The beds were made, but many items had rips. There was a thick layer of dust on baseboards and AC units. The floors weren’t vacuumed. The kitchen floor was dirty. Seating surfaces had hair and dust on them. My family and I refused to stay there. Chris, the host, refunded my money immediately.

We were looking for an affordable house to bring our daughter and a couple of friends down to the shore as her High School graduation gift. This was perfect!!! Unfortunately, it cost us an extra $500 because our car broke down. We remained grateful as it happened right after we arrived and parked. We found a auto place Pro-Cat (right over the bridge), had it towed to them Friday and were able to pick it up Saturday late morning! This caused a little misunderstanding for a moment as we had 3 cars on the property (only 2 allowed). It was only till we figured how to pay to park on the street. FYI-You get the spot # & walk down to the corner where there’s a payment machine. Note:If paying cash the machine does not give change!😁. By the time Chris called me, we had already figured it out and all was well. The only downside was the shower was moldy, but there were plenty of cleaning chemicals & 2 moms who cleaned it out. One of the plus sides is there was non stop hot water! It never ran out even after 8 showers! All in all it was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay again. Chris is awesome! Thanks Chris for helping make our daughter’s graduation gift memorable!

Great location. Very clean and tidy. Excellent communication with the owner. My only complaint would be that the furniture really needs to be updated.

Has an awesome stay on the shore in this rental. It was clean, up to date and the owner was very fast in replying to my messages to meet our needs. I had a baby with me when he called and he was very patient with us through the confusion. Loved the location to the boardwalk and would for sure rent again.

This met my family’s needs perfectly! It’s not fancy, but we didn’t want fancy. We wanted something clean, safe and accommodating. It was within walking distance of everything: Boardwalk, beach, etc. it was affordable and exactly what we wanted! The owners were a pleasure to deal with! We will definitely stay here again!

I was looking for a place with no steps inside, not a lot of decor setting around, close to the beach, off road parking, and the basic necessities. This met all our needs!

The apartment has plenty of room and a great location to reach mini golf, boardwalk, beach, and many eating establishments. Acme and CVS are only a few blocks away. We parked our car and walked or biked everywhere during our stay.

Communication with property owners was very easy and they want to be sure your vacation is relaxing. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 teenagers and it was comfortable for all.

The property was in an ideal location and convenient to the beach and boardwalk. House was pretty much what was described. We are normally a family who travels outside of NJ and are not Jersey Shore people, so with that said our trip was ok.

The house was great and there was easy access to the beach and boardwalk, just a short walk. There was also great places to eat and mini golf within walking distance. Would recommend to other families.

The place was perfect for us! So close to the beach and boardwalk, water park & almost everything we needed! We had a great time. Owner was super nice and very quick to respond and helped us with everything we needed and any questions we had. I would recommend to any family looking for a nice little beach getaway!

The house was perfect for our needs. We had access to wifi and we’re able to watch Netflix from our own account. We had access to a charcoal grill and beach chairs. There was a little deck by the main door that was lovely to enjoy the weather. We loved the private parking and the easy access to 7-11 and the beach/boardwalk. Each room had their own individual AC window unit. The shower was very clean and we had access to an outdoor shower. The only recommendation I would have is for the listing to state to bring your own sheets and blankets and extra toilet paper (1 roll was provided). We will definitely rent here again!

The property was exactly as advertised- no surprises. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Location was perfect for us. Far enough from the boardwalk to allow for quiet but close enough to walk with kids. Overall good experience.
