前に宿泊した際と管理してる方？がかわっていました 三ノ宮駅へのアクセスが良く、近くにコンビニ、薬局もある トースト、マーガリン、ジャム、ドリンクの朝食サービスがあり驚きました！コーヒーマシンまで！ 部屋やベッドも清潔で、布団が薄くなく良く眠れました 部屋に水道があるのも助かりました 雨が降っていて傘を貸してくださいました オーナーさんの考えるマナーやこだわりなどがありますが、この価格でこれだけのサービスがあるのは有り難いです！

階段が少し狭く急なので荷物を運ぶのは頑張って！ この価格で泊まれるだけで有り難いのですが、荷物預かりが19時ごろまで出来ると嬉しいです

To be honest, if Its refundable reservation, I will cancel it after first msg from the hostel. Such a unprofessional msg!!! You should change it! This hostel claim to be backpackers friendly, but Its actually so inconvenient for backpackers. 1. The only hostel in the world who charge for before checkin And after checkout storage of your bag! (Free Till 3PM after checkout is nothing, since people like to enjoy whole day in city!) 2. Backpackers got big bags, you know? I did not see smaller storage for my stuff than here. You should also design place where to put the bags, since even for this there are rules! 3. I missed the AGE RULE, i'm within, but just think there are no 40+ backpackers? Pretty discrimination! 4. Who was clever to put silver sink in room? Unusable during night if you don't wanna wake up whole room. 5. There is gachapon for shampoo/shower gel. One test size pack for 200-300¥. Not friendly to lowcost backpackers as well. 6. Just let you know, one shower only! I don't mind a lot of stuff, it was just ridiculous and wtf what I've seen here, otherwise Its nice place to stay.

Gostei do atendimento, muito pessoas boas e simpaticos. Café da manha incluído muito delicioso. Gostei por ser um hostel um pouco diferente dos q ja tinha visto.

The location is really close to the center and the staff was nice and helpful during check-in. Although, I did not eat, there is some free bread available for breakfast.

I am living in Japan for a few years and travel a lot, this was the first hostel in this country which did not provide shampoo and body soap. Besides the only sink available to use is a metal one in the room, which is making a lot of noise. I felt really uncomfortable brushing my teeth in the night, probably waking up others due to the noise.

Usually I don’t write reviews when I’m still staying, but the world needs to know how good this place is for Backpackers . Central location (5 min walk to Kobe sannomiya station),very nice vibes, very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, free coffee and tea, places to sit and relax to talk other backpackers, and cheap laundry. I recommend this place to everyone!

晚上入住的，虽然洗澡只有1个位置，但是等一会儿就轮到我了。一楼公共空间很干净，2楼和3楼是格子间，最重要是每层楼床只有10来个，不会拥挤也干净。早上有提供面包和茶，100出头的价格这非常好，睡的很安静。

格子间的面前是洗水池，有人用洗水池声音会影响睡眠。但是我的墨镜遗失在二楼的窗台了。希望下次去，我的墨镜还在。

Bed was spacious with nice curtain, person who helped with check in was very nice and helpful

Bathroom facilities were difficult (I was on 3rd floor, and toilet was on 4th floor, shower also on 4th floor with sign saying not to use from 12am-8am, sink inside bedroom without separation from beds). I realized in the morning that there was a sink in the lobby so would have used that while others in room were sleeping.

21時以降の夜にチェックインしたので、こちらの場所に辿り着くのが少し難しかったですが、スタッフの方も他の宿泊の方々もみなさん親切で、感激でした！！ ベッドもふかふかで、コンセントも数箇所ありスマホだけでなくモバイルバッテリーも充電できます。その上、他の宿泊している方々とも交流できて大満足でした。 また、朝食やコーヒーを含めたドリンクも無料でいただけるというのもありがたかったです！ 神戸に立ち寄る際はまたぜひとも利用したいです。 お世話になりました！！

Me gusto el orden de las literas, que están divididas los espacios lo cual tienes privacidad, una toma para cargar el móvil y luz, sencillo y ordenado ideal cuando estás de paso, la ubicación es muy buena, esta cerca de todo. En general fue una muy buena experiencia, me daban ganas de quedarme más días, es una muy buena opción si buscan calidad/ precio.

Todo muy cercano caminando. Encuentras de todo cerca. Es la mejor estancia para quedarse. Además te ayudan en lo que necesitas. Mis amigos de la escuela también estaban felices.

Hay pocos japoneses.

The location although slightly far from station, but It located in place that able to go to different attraction places, and lot of good restaurants bakery nearby.The sleeping space quite large and comfortable.

The staircase 😂seems dangerous, also the bathroom is located in higher floor

Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and Tonarino exceeded my expectations for a hostel. The dorms and common areas were consistently tidy, and our restroom were spotless. The cleaning staff deserves commendation for their hard work in maintaining high hygiene standards. The location was amazing and staff was really friendly.

Really nice staff and a really good price. Extending for one more night was really easy.

三宮駅からかなり近く生田神社などのすぐそばで立地が良かった。 清潔で安心して泊まれました。 ホットコーヒーと朝食が無料で付いていてコスパはとてもいいです。 1階にレコードがたくさん置いてあったり全体的な雰囲気はとてもおしゃれでした。

以前、泊まった事のある友人に教えてもらい 神戸でこちらに泊まらせて頂きました。 ひとことで言えばザ・バックパッカーズホステルと言えます。 バックパッカーズホステル特集があれば間違いなくノミネートされるであろう宿です。 この料金で朝の食事も飲み物も全部無料です。 ここのいい所はバックパッカーの自由で開放的な雰囲気の中に秩序がしっかりとある所。 周りはほぼ、外国人で英語が飛び交い海外にいると錯覚する程の雰囲気です。 宿からの説明通り、旅慣れてる人向けで、お客様扱いを当然のように求めるような人には向かないでしょう。 むしろこの値段で泊まらせてもらって本当に有り難かったです。 おすすめの神戸牛のお店をスタッフの方から教えてもらいとても面白い滞在が出来ました。

This place is for well mannered backpackers and not for selfish backpackers. For the price I paid, I definitely can't complain about the service I received. But the free breakfast was a nice surprise. Coffee was always available as well. The staff was easy to spend time with, they explained everything well at check-in and kept a reasonable distance after check-in. (Because in other hostels, some people talk to me too much)

Très mauvaise expérience. je suis arrivé a 14 heure, le check in est a 15h, le gars m'a mis dehors dans le froid, sans aucune empathie. Jai demande si je pouvais au moins laissé mes sacs a la reception, il m a dit que je devais payer pour ca, en plus de la reservation... Je voyage depuis 5ans. Jamais vu ca. Ils ont ecrit sur la porte dentree: "ne posez pas de question a la reception" Bref, Un hotel qui meprise ses clients

Well...as u aspect for a cheap guest house. 30 mins to Kobe shore or landmark BeKobe. Close to Masjid/mosque for muslim.

Staff cant speak english at all and not even trying. Only in paper in english(contract) Less power plug to charge Very steep and narrow step (its okay for me just telling...not suit for big and tall people) No water to wash in toilet, bring a cup instead.

場所が少し分かりにくかったです。近くまで行けば看板が出ているので、それで見つけることが出来ました。

Het bed was prima en de gemeenschappelijke ruimte ook. De locatie was goed en de convenient stores en restaurants waren dichtbij.

Het toilet zat helemaal in een hoekje verstopt en je moest je handen wassen bij een kraan met een luidruchtige wasbak midden in de slaapkamer. Het ontbijt bestond uit 1 boterham met een worstje of als je optijd was een bakje kwark per persoon. Ik vond het jammer dat er niet zoveel echte backpackers waren op het moment dat ik er was, er waren vooral weekend bezoekers.

The host really makes the difference, super friendly and the backpackers in is decorated with so much love and so detailed. [ the pokemon wall is amazing]

Breakfast is a banana and bread with butter. Coffee is tasty from coffee machine. Always cold tea available.

When people use toilet in the room it really makes lots of noise to open/close the door and use metal sink which is located right in the room. At night it wakes up.

共有スペースがよかった！ おしゃれさとアットホーム感が混じって自然と他の宿泊者と会話が始まる雰囲気でした！

24時を過ぎたらお風呂に入っては行けないので、酔っ払って銭湯まで歩いて行くのが遠かった！レンタサイクルがあれば最高！

I had a lovely stay. The location is great, a short walk from Sannnomiya station and to the downtown. The beds were sooo comfortable and the hostel was covered in amazing artwork! Definitely will stay here when I come to Kobe again!!

I love the style of this Backpackers Inn. Only young people of our age can stay here. Hostels offer good value for money. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station and located on a quiet street.

Awesome staff, attractive price, convenient location, great reading material avaliable with a generous offer of drinks. Considering it's a backpacker accommodation, I think it's great value for money.

La pulizia, cosa davvero non scontata in Giappone. La struttura é tenuta molto bene.

All’arrivo ho scoperto che il DEPOSITO BAGAGLI NON È GRATUITO dalle 3 p.m. in poi, se avessi tardato anche di un solo minuto mi sarebbero stato addebitato metà dell’importo del letto (1.000 ¥). L’host, inutilmente rigido e ferreo, si é limitato a dire “I’m sorry”. No, non si fa così, pretendi tanta precisone, allora sii te il primo ad esserlo. A distanza di tempo vedo che ancora non hai scritto deposito bagagli a pagamento…A differenza della stragrande maggioranza degli ostelli del Giappone, si paga tutto, bagnoschiuma, asciugamani, deposito bagagli ecc..quindi alla fine si va a pagare di più di un qualsiasi altro ostello. Il fatto di sapere solo all’arrivo che il deposito bagagli era a pagamento, mi ha condizionato la visita a Kobe. A saperlo prima, avrei prenotato da un’altra parte. Essere chiari significa essere rispettosi degli ospiti e L’host non é stato chiaro!
