The condo was very spacious and extremely clean. I cannot say one bad thing about this property. We will definitley be back. Our whole experience was amazing!

It was very roomy for us and our two daughters families. Worked well for grandkids 8,3 and 9 months,pool was great for them.

The condo was perfectly advertised! The location was wonderful. The kids loved splitting their time between the beach and the lazy river We look forward to coming back!!

The condo was very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of linens. The kitchen was the least stocked kitchen I’ve encountered in all the places I’ve stay. This didn’t affect us too much as we ate out for breakfast and dinner and travel with some daily use items. This is not the place to cook if that’s what you’re looking to do. Check in/out was seamless. Super easy.

Easy check in, spotless condo. Very nice pool - enjoyed the unique lazy river feature.
The balcony is wonderful. Beach is beautiful.
Area not as walker friendly as we had hoped - spotty sidewalks and large distances between crosswalks. There was easy access to grocery stores, but restaurants limited.
Bare minimum kitchen items - no plasticware, so bring your own for use at pool.
Check out also very easy.

This was a phenomenal location - super clean, beds comfortable and perfect set-up for us. Our family truly enjoyed the beach, hot tubs, gym, indoor pool, tennis courts and outdoor lazy pool with slide. Simply perfect and the unit was very clean and the management of the building keeps the public locations very clean-- something critically important to us. They are upfront with only providing limited toiletries/supplies, but the stores are next door any you can simply bring/buy these items, but an important heads up if someone expects something different.

This was a very, very nice condo. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The place was just as described and the pictures were accurate. Building is very nice and quiet. Good parking. Very nice fitness center. Highly recommend.

We were very surprised how big the condo was. The location is perfect. The cleanliness was unbelievable. We plan on staying longer than one week next year.

Condo was absolutely beautiful with views that I will be missing until I return, and I will return. Great pickle ball court on 10th floor with lots of long walks on soft sandy beach. We felt safe, sound, and at home throughout our time!

Great location, spacious, clean unit but needs attention to living room furniture and rug which were dirty and worn. The rest of the unit was clean and well maintained.

Alabama Getaways was an excellent company to lease from. They were very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely rent from them again. The condo was roomy and clean.

When you walk into the condo you will say wow. It looks so beautiful but don't set on the couch, use the oven or use the dryer and hall bathroom at the same time or the breaker will trip and bathroom lights do out. Kitchen faucet had to be replaced during our stay. Such a great complex but this condo needs some owner attention.

Have a wonderful time all weekend. Condo was a good size, plenty of room, and right on the beach. We were positioned between the beach & the pool, so perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall everything was great. The only comment was the property manager went from asking us if we wanted to extend our stay for 2 days to not allowing us a 2 hour grace period to check out. Otherwise I would’ve given a 5 star review. So just for future reference you were only 2 hours away from a glowing 5 star review.

THE UNIT WAS DIRTY. TILE AND ESPECIALLY THE GROUT FLOORING WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. AREA CARPET IN LIVING AREA WAS ALSO DIRTY. KITCHEN HAD SEVERAL MISSING ITEMS AND HAD POTS AND PANS THAT WERE WORN OUT AND/OR BROKEN. BEDDING WAS WORN AND SHOULD BE REPLACED.

This condo was way more than I had envisioned from the photos. It was bigger than I had anticipated. Exceeded all expectations !!!! Our stay could have only been better if the water would have been prettier but the walk to the beach is super close and the lazy river with the slide made up for the nasty ocean water. Definitely worth staying in again !!!!

Nice But Dirty Floors
* Food on floors and floors very dirty. Our socks were black from walking on them. They sent someone to clean them and the food up and when we left same food on floor and socks still filthy .

We stayed in this property in 2020 and loved it even without our going out much and exploring the town. We stayed again and loved it! So convenient with kids and grandparents alike. Funny story- fire alarm went off in 2020 and this visit too. I think we just just be lucky ;)

The unit was well located in a new building. The views and beach were great. It is in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. It was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in.

The lazy river is nice and the beach access is ideal. There is a CVS across the street and we walked there to pick up odds and ends. I highly recommend this condo. It has everything and more than my family needed for a wonderful vacation.
