Room atmo

We booked a suite for 3 adults and a baby. An extra bed was requested and allotted. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a bad odour which was sorted on telling the staff

Staff should need to improve their English speaking and listening skills while talking to outside customers. Communication has become bit problem apart from that they are quite friendly and helpful.

Staffs quite flexible when we mentioned tat we are not taking bf the next mrn and offered bf the mrn we arrived. That's worthy of a praise.

No hot water fr the taps coz its broken. No proper maintenance to identify. Sheets kinda off colour and the bed springs were also broken.

liked the space, the staffs were good.

no hot water even after waiting for long time warm water. lots of noises in the corridor because of the cleaning in the next room which made us so disturbed. the menu was not available for the order.

Location is convenient. Room size was good.

Housekeeping was awful. Staff untrained in processes for cleaning room and toilet. Ventilation fan in toilet inadequately designed to remove stink. No room spray made available. Repeatedly had to followup for getting any service.

Super clean, value for money. Staff is helpful. 15 mins from the major temples of the city and has many food joints around the place. Accessibility wise, its really good.

A nice property in a prime location but badly managed.

Hygiene: Used bed sheets and towels were provided in the room. Hair, and stains all over the bed sheet and duvet cover. Upon complaining they changed the bedsheets. Apart from two small Bisleri bottles, a glass bottle filled with water was also kept for consumption. Funnily the cork was used in an inverted way and the rubber cap had microbial growth around it. The food was very bad. No taste at all. The breakfast at the restaurant was the ultimate experience. There was two hotel staff standing there on duty, they didn't even care to serve water! Most of the dishes were not edible. No live counters. All used plates were lying on the table. Not a single table was clean. Spoons and forks were used by someone and left there for the guest to use. Plates had dead flies on it. One of the staff in charge at the restaurant was stinking so much, I felt like running away from there. Ultimate disaster. I do hope that the hotel management really put some effort to improve the situation. The hotel is located at a prime location.
