Good location and a nice big room. Great breakfast buffet.

Room was clean, breakfast was good.

I hanged up my jacket in the closet and forgot to take it when I checked out. I contacted the facility, left voice and text messages. It took them 3 days to tell me, they didn’t find it.

It was very nice and still looking like it's a new building. Oh, I don't remember that they had 2 hotels in one, which I thought was different.

I can understand that Covid has changed things but I feel it should have gone back to housekeeping daily.

Une des chambres sentait fortement la cigarette alors que l'hôtel est non fumeur. Il ne nous a pas été proposé un changement de chambre, mais un traitement par spray. Le petit déjeuner très moyen, les employés peu sympathiques qui ferment tout en 5 mn à l'heure de fin du service, L'hôtellerie est justement un service, un peu de souplesse et de professionnalisme ne gâche rien. Le personnel peu sympathique y compris a l'accueil. Le prix astronomique, compte tenu de mes remarques : on est à 25 km de Boston, pas dans le centre, la demande est forte, d'accord, mais rien ne justifie un tel prix aux regard des prestations.

Comfy beds, good location but entrance somewhat hidden

First and foremost management was borderline hostile, rude and tried to gaslight us. Arrived to find the toilet seat detached from toilet. Called front desk- manager on duty was rude- but sent someone up. Nice young man fixed toilet. We went to dinner came back and noticed, under the bowl of the toilet,what appeared to be dried-on feces. Called front desk. Rude manager again, said he call back. He called back no one was available to clean the toilet- fair enough- and we could have a new room. This was offered begrudgingly and without apology. We go down to desk and get new key, from a visibly hostile manager, go up to the new room and before we can even put our key in the door, dogs start barking from the room across the floor. Nope! We go back down stairs, report the dogs and the manager says, “there isn’t even anyone in that room”. We go back upstairs video the sound of barking dogs, proceed back to front desk show the video to the thoroughly disinterested manager who gives us another room key. We hop into the bed-comfy!- and realize we don’t have a comforter. Just what appears to be a mattress cover. We go to sleep under that. In the morning we discover at the foot of the bed a duvet cover which I guess was supposed to have been put on the “mattress cover” but housekeeping never got around to it. Kind of wondering if we slept in an unchanged bed. Ick. Still no apology and presented with a full bill no compensation for horrible service and having to move twice. Cannot recommend this property.
