We have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The place has everything we need and more. The owner is responsive and helpful and a gracious host.

This was our second time staying. My teen daughter and I stayed here last summer while in town for a hockey tournament and knew this was where we wanted to be when we returned for this summer. The space is clean, private, and with all the amenities you could want. Communication with Greg was always easy and pleasant. A nice little touch was the “Welcome Back” balloon that greeted us when we came in. With close proximity to Boston and the surrounding burbs, you can’t beat it! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Greg's place. The description was just as listed and the living room has been updated with a couch and love seat. Perfectly located for easy access to the history in Concord and Lexington. It's also a quick commute into Boston for the freedom trail and all the other great places the town holds. Greg was friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan our trip. I'd highly recommend staying here when planning a trip in the Boston area.

This is an outstanding property with a fantastic host. It was perfect for our stay to visit family in the area. The outside patio chairs and table were the perfect place to eat dinner with our family in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the Boston area. The location is convenient by car to the Alewife T station (red line).

We really enjoyed Greg's place. The unit was spacious and immaculate and as described plus the family room has been updated with a sofa and loveseat making it a very comfortable space for reading or watching tv. It was easy reaching Greg with any questions and he responded almost immediately. We loved the little touches he provided such as a welcome note, candies, chocolates on our pillows, a full coffee set-up with Keurig, pods and creamers. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to make use of the fire pit and BBQ grill but we certainly would have enjoyed them. We were able to hear footsteps overhead occasionally but never heard voices and it was not a problem for us. There were many restaurants and retail shops within 10 minutes of the unit and Boston is a half hour away. We highly recommend Greg's place if you are in the area.

welcome respite from the craziness of Boston - peaceful

We booked this because of a reasonable price that was 12 minutes away from the venue where we had concert tickets. We’ll come back because of all the extra care Greg takes with his property and guests! The space was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. There was a welcoming note, snacks offered, and chocolate on our pillows! Greg made sure we had everything we needed through Vrbo messaging, so it was always welcome and never intrusive. We were close to Boston, but chose to spend most of our time on the North Shore exploring Gloucester, Salem & Marblehead. So much to do nearby, I cannot imagine anyone wanting to sit still. But if you do want to just chill out, the TV is huge and you have quite a few premium channels included. I almost hate to tell you how much we liked it - it might be taken the next time we try to book!!

Loved this property! It was really nice and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. We were there over the Christmas holiday and the place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Greg was an awesome host who responded right away to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to others and anytime we visit MA again, this is the first place we will look to rent.

This property is pristine. We stayed for just 2 nights as a “stopover” between other destinations. Greg was timely and 100% responsive to all our questions.

Very clean and nice place in a quiet neighborhood. We rented a car and parked close to the T which was about 15 minutes away to ride into Boston. We were able to cook and have an enjoyable stay at Greg's, would stay again

We had the pleasure of staying at Greg’s apartment in late Aug/Sept. The apartment was just as clean as the online pictures suggest. There was more than ample space for 2/3 people. This gave the apartment a home like feel. The outside space complete with grill was an added bonus. The amenities of the apartment all worked well – the SmartTV, air-conditioning, stove, shower, wifi and microwave. The location is great. Easily accessible to Boston area attractions but far enough to have free, on-site parking. We would definitely recommend Greg's and hope to stay there again when we visit the Boston area.

My daughter and I stayed at Greg’s while we were in town for a hockey tournament. The space was perfect- private from the main house, with plenty of room for the two of us and a beautiful backyard. The neighborhood and area were great to walk or get a run in. Greg was readily available to help in any way possible. When you compare what you would pay for a Boston suburb hotel room, this is a no-brainer. Highly recommend!
