Heerlijk verblijf, de lokatie is gewoonweg geweldig! Recht beneden restaurantjes, een klein supermarktje, en heel veel leuke winkeltjes en een markt met handmade spulletjes. Ook veel culturele locaties op loop afstand zoals het paleis en tempels.

Het hotel zelf is iets verouderd, de hal is lang, donker en het ruikt een beetje muf. Gelukkig alweer vlug vergeten zodra je de kamer binnen komt, want daar is alles gewoon netjes!:)

Excelente localização, ao lado da estação do metro e muito próximo a vários pontos turistiscos. Muito proximos de vários restaurantes e cafés. CAmas grandes e confrotáveis. Café excelente apesar de cobrarem 23.000,00 KRW, pois tem muita variedade e de muita qualidade. Tem um Gelagua em cada andar com agua a vontade , inclusisive com a opção de gelo.

O unico ponto negativo achei e que a recepção e no quinto andar e depois tem que pegar um outro elevador para subir para os guartos.

The breakfast was good. A great place to stay in an excellent location. A market, lots of restaurants and shops outside, on a street that’s almost traffic-free.

Non era propriamente un 4 stelle, le camere avevano tappezzeria sporca , nonostante avessimo prenotato la deluxe. Nessun servizio di concierge.

Loved the location and close proximity to the metro (Anguk Station), tourist attractions (especially if you enjoy walking as much as I do), restaurants, and shopping areas. The room is relatively clean, and it has an in-house coin laundry room, which is a plus if you are in for a long-term stay.

The laundry room should have a tracking display for usage that's visible from the room's TV, like in Japan. It would make it easier for guests to do their laundry. Breakfast options are relatively simple and do not change much.

This hotel is located at the entrance of Insadong, making it very easy to access major tourist attractions such as Jongno and Bukchon. Although I visited for a business trip, this location would be ideal for travelers as well. 이 호텔은 인사동 초입에 위치해 있어 종로와 북촌 등 주요 관광지에 접근하기 아주 편리했습니다. 출장으로 방문했지만, 여행객들에게는 이 위치는 매우 이상적일 것 같습니다.

However, there were numerous disappointing aspects. Firstly, the hotel's facilities were much more outdated than the photos suggested. The shower in my room was broken, and the cleanliness was subpar. Additionally, the wallpaper in the room was peeling in some areas. What was even more disappointing was the service. The three male staff members working at the reception in the evening were all unfriendly. It has been a long time since I have experienced such poor service at a hotel. When I mentioned the poor condition of the room during checkout, I received only a perfunctory apology and an indifferent "we'll look into it." While the location is excellent, the overall condition of the facilities and the quality of service make it difficult to recommend this hotel. I would suggest looking for other hotels in a similar location. 하지만 아쉬운 점이 아주 많았습니다. 우선, 호텔의 시설이 사진과는 달리 많이 낡았습니다. 제가 머문 방의 샤워기는 고장 나 있었고, 청소 상태도 미흡했습니다. 방의 벽지도 부분적으로 울어 있었어요. 더욱 실망스러웠던 것은 서비스였습니다. 저녁 시간대에 리셉션에서 근무하는 남자 직원 세 명 모두 불친절했습니다. 호텔을 이용하면서 이렇게 불친절한 서비스를 받은 것은 오랜만이었습니다. 체크아웃 시 방 상태가 좋지 않다고 이야기했을 때도 형식적인 사과와 함께 '알겠다'는 답변이 전부였습니다. 위치는 매우 좋지만, 전반적인 시설 상태와 서비스 품질 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하기는 어렵습니다. 비슷한 위치의 다른 호텔을 추천합니다.

夜に宿泊フロアの氷と水がなくなり他のフロアへ取りに行った。 フロアの廊下と客室の壁紙か汚かった。

Comfortable robes, good light, comfortable beds , good shampoo. Liked the fact that the sink was outside of the wc.

Paper single use cups. Our room had a communication door to the next room so you could hear everything.
