We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. Cindy was an excellent hostess, communication was great. Property was very well decorated in a way that made you feel right at home. We totally enjoyed our stay and will do so again if we get the chance to go back.

The property was larger than expected. It was very clean and well-stocked. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m in town!

The Condo was very nice and the communication with the owner was excellent, had everything you need.

Finding the right condo was slightly challenging. The condo # is different than the address. Although the address is correct I could not find the condo number in the listing, which made finding it a bit difficult to make sure it was the right one.

The location was perfect for our needs!

This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable and Cindy was so helpful and thoughtful. It was a wonderful place to be together and so close to everything. We can’t thank her enough for everything.

It was well stocked and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and clear. The beds were comfortable. It felt very homey and relaxing. We will definitely recommend and stay here again next time we are in town.

Cindy has a lovely home that she shared with us. The location is excellent for what we needed. The home was immaculate, extremely well decorated, and as comfortable as “home “. Cindy was responsive to all my questions we will rent this again when we are in Grand Island.

Cindy was a wonderful hostess. She made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay and the place was so clean and organized. If you are traveling with very little ones, I would recommend a baby gate because the stairs are very steep.

My family of 3 stayed here for the weekend while attending the state fair. The condo was very clean and cozy. It was a nice home away from home!

Everything was neat and clean. Host was amazing and checked in. She even left us a goodie basket. Home was very welcoming and inviting. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We were able to stay in town for a 10-day event at a price that we could afford. Only downside was having only one bathroom but we never ran out of hot water. Owner was very accommodating to our needs.

This was one of our best vrbo experiences! The condo was in an excellent location in Grand Island. It was so clean and up-to-date with a beautiful living and dining areas and a wonderful kitchen. The owner even provided step by step instructions for every television which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was as expected but the air conditioner was so loud when it ran that you couldn’t hear over it

The two bedroom one bathroom condo was nicely furnished and had a real homey feel. Check in and communication were wonderful. Parking was convenient and readily available. The location was convenient to shopping the mall and restaurants. We will definitely use the property again if we come to town and it is available. The only drawback was the stairs which for us was no problem at all but if stairs are an issue you should definitely get the specifics.

This condo was a great stay. Easy to get to, restaurants were close, very clean and nice place to stay. Cynthia was very kind and great to work with. When I am back out I will stay again!
