Plain and simple the house is great. Wonderful views. Very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were awesome. We would absolutely stay again. In fact we hope they will have us back.

Our family went here for a "ski & shop" winter weekend and it was perfect !!! We had seven (7) adults and two (2) children and there was plenty of room and more than comfortable. The location is great with short drives to skiing / shopping and local entertainment, plus the views !!! The Host's Edward and Sav were very informative and helpful during our stay ... Thank you !!!

Our second family ski weekend at the Belmont House was like arriving back home after a long time away. No wondering what we would find, just a familiar comfort with the space and the assurance that any answers to questions that might crop up were a text message away. Special thank you to Bruce, the plow guy, for keeping all accessible to us during significant snowfall for both our arrivals and departures. We hope our stars align for another visit in the future!

A great location in the lakes region of NH. Wonderful views, fully equipped with whatever one would need to entertain, and very responsive owners. Weather didn't really cooperate for using the outdoor amenities, but we were able to entertain both friends and family in comfort. Thank you, Edward and Sav.

This is a beautiful and tastefully decorated home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a great view of Lake Winnisquam. We all felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The communication with Edward was excellent and fast. We would defin1tely stay here again!

Belmont House is in a great spot if you want to explore the lakes region. We were within 15-30 minutes of multiple towns, restaurants, lakefront activities, and shops. The home is very clean and has everything you could need. The hosts were awesome with communication throughout our stay. I will definitelyplan to return to this home in the future. Thank you!!

Hi Edward and Sav! Thanks for letting us stay at this amazing house. We really enjoyed it, we were looking for relaxing weekend with family and experienced the same. My niece enjoyed the play area, and my son had a great indoor and outdoor fun. Go carting and batting cage was fun at Daytona park. Thanks again!

We had plans to do a lot of activities in the Laconia area but ended up loving the house so much we focused almost all of our time there. There is a lot to do in the area, but the house is incredibly comfortable and attractively furnished, breathtaking views over the lake, and a wonderful porch and yard with a lot of privacy so you might not want to leave either! One of our group is a chef and was very happy with the kitchen appliances and cooking gear. We hope to return and highly recommend it to anyone else!

Our search for comfortable housing near the Gunstock ski area brought our family to this perfect setting where we rode out Saturday’s snowstorm in cozy comfort and were able to enjoy the yard – tubing, getting in a little beginner practice skiing, and even using the swing set - with our two young grandchildren despite the stormy conditions! The driveway and path to the front door were well cleared for us before venturing out early the morning after the storm, and Edward and Sav maintained good contact via email to be sure all was well. The house itself served our needs and then some. A separate space/den on the main level and the wonderful family room in the basement (which we actually used very little except to sneak a peek of playoff football) would provide for “me time” if needed during longer stays. Other reviewers have mentioned the view. It was truly spectacular watching the light shifting as storm clouds rolled in over the lake and mountains the evening of our arrival. It’s not a big leap of the imagination to know how calming it would be sitting on the deck, glass in hand, in a warmer season, watching those same mountains and sky providing yet another show. We do hope it’s “in the stars” for us to return to The Belmont House next winter (spring, summer, fall?) for new adventures with our growing family. Jackie and John Friendship Maine

I spend Christmas in the Belmont house with my family and my boyfriends family.. This house was just perfect it had absolutely everything we could have needed.. it was decorated beautifully very spacious and in a beautiful location.. I could not fault anything, everyone in our group really enjoyed their stay here..

Beautiful, clean, lovely house in a scenic part of the world. We had a wonderful time; everything was just as described. Highly recommended for families or anyone.

The house was great and had everything we needed. We had 9 in our group; 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. The view of the lake is great. Beautiful sunsets. The kids played in the yard and on the swing set. We made s’mores using the fire pit. And the location was very close to lots of activities in the area. We had a great stay.
