Property was perfect for our group of 9. Clean and had ample supply of cookware and dishes. New refrigerator! Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit, too. This is our second stay at this resort and we couldn’t be happier!

It was a great location and nice. However, the dishwasher doesn’t work and a pipe in laundry room dripped water constantly in the floor. Cleaning could have been better in bathrooms.

Condo was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing. Pools and beach were great. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo! It has a great layout for a big family with plenty of room. I would suggest them putting extra blankets in there because we didn’t have any other than the thin bedspread that was on the bed.

This condo was a perfect home base for a family trip! Very clean and comfortable. Maureen was very responsive to questions. Nice location in PCB.

Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of room for a group of nine. I was informed of everything about our stay and check out beforehand and reminders were placed in the condo. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We had a great vacation enjoying the beach and Panama City staying at Long Beach Resort. The condo was furnished well. Overall the unit was very nice. The floors were not well cleaned which we noticed more than normal because we had a crawling 9 month old, which required all of us to be on the floor playing. The master bedroom king sleeps better than my bed at home! Very comfortable. The other beds were okay from my adult children's perspective. Would have enjoyed a couple more chairs in the sitting area as the couch was the only sitting space. A recliner for older clients would be ideal. On the stove top the back right eye turn non is broken and won’t turn the eye off. Other than that everything was in working order. We would book again!

CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL. TWO OF THE BEDS NEEDED THE HEADBOARDS TO BE ATTACHED TO BED FRAME. EVERY TIME YOU TURNED OVER IT HIT THE WALL . . YOU ALSO NEED TO PUT EXTRA COVER AND THROW BLANKETSIN THE CONDO. WE WOULD DEFINITLY STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS

Having three bedroom with three bathrooms and balcony access for all bedrooms was perfect! Super comfortable couch, recycled furniture on the deck, well appointed kitchen and new washer/dryer made for a great experience.

Wonderful stay. Condo was clean and as described. Nice and spacious. Easy checkin with keyless pad. The patio furniture is great!! The kitchen has anything you need to cook. One of the bathtubs drains VERY slow and backs up. I texted the number on the card but no response. We worked around it so no issue but needs to be looked at. Otherwise everything was perfect. Definitely would recommend and plan on staying again!!

My sisters and I took our 89-year-young mom to Long Beach Resort. Mom and dad came here every year and loved it. This is a very clean condo! It's beautiful and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything you could need was provided. The balcony is large and has comfortable furnishings. And, of course, the ocean is spectacular!!! Loved this condo!!!!

Very clean. Convenient to everything. Ease of parking. Door code never worked so maintenance had to give us another on arrival. But no issues. Very nice place.

We visited in March 2021 for spring break. This was a Senior trip for our kids. There was a total of 9 of us which included two moms and 7 teenagers. The condo was very spacious and we loved how every room had its own bathroom. We absolutely loved the couch!!!! It was so comfortable! Like I want to buy one just like it. The balcony is huge and nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. The weather kind of stinked. We couldn’t get in the ocean due to the rip currents and there was a weird haze. But we had a really good time. The condo was easy to access. Also loved how it was located on the end. Very pleased with our stay. I would totally suggest staying here. We loved it!

The condo was very inviting and spacious. The view from the patio is amazing. We watched many beautiful sunsets during our stay. The on-site pools and close access to the beach was an added bonus. Maureen was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay.

This is my groups third time staying in this unit. It has everything we need and absolutely love spending time on the large balcony. We have no issues and there is plenty of room for the 6 of us. Looking forward to future trips there.

Communication with Maureen was simple and easy. All the guards at the shack were super nice and friendly. The condo was perfect! Very clean! Our family loved it!

One chair on the balcony had a huge hole in the seat and covered up by a cushion.3. No blankets in bedrooms and the pillows were flat on the beds.4. On the main couch the back was broken.Besides that everything was hunkie dorie.

Online photos made the unit look bigger than it actually is. Also everything appears all shiny and brand new. Place was filthy, washer broken, beds were horrible, sofa all worn out and sinks in, patio furniture broken and mis matched. Cushions in place to hide holes in seats where you fall through when you sit. Not at all what was expected per price! Will never book this unit or property again.

Wonderful place that I can see us returning to! Close to bars & walmart. Stocked kitchen and laundry room. Excellent view. Minor delay on elevators being that one was waiting on a part for repair during our stay. Also one a/c in the condo seemed to be set to where it kept returning to a warmer temp. than we prefer. (Could have probably been addressed while on site but we didn't bother since we were mostly out of the condo.) In all, this a fantatsic condo to accomodate a large family stay!

We could not stop raving about this condo! We were very specific in our selection this year as we really wanted a place with a large patio set to accommodate 7+people for dinners and relaxing as we did not plan to go out with Covid. We spent so much time out there playing games and taking in that 13th floor view. BEAUTIFUL! The inside was just as spacious and our group of seven women never felt cramped. With a group half full of menopausal women, they also loved the air conditioner. “Worked very well”. The place was decorated beautifully and we would love to come back. Another thing we noticed that we really appreciated was the overall community of Long Beach Resort. This beach is very spread out and no one was on top of each other when it came to a spot at the beach. Both complexes on either side of Long Beach were extremely over crowded and in times like these it was very easy to notice how lucky we were to have a beach so spread out for social distancing. All of the visitors we met were so nice. And a huge plus the elevators were so quick we rarely ever had to share which was nice too! Very good place to spend our visit during a pandemic.
