Amazing property

The views were fantastic looking out at the lake. Outside late night street noise was a bit loud. The rental condo was prefect for two. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderfully decorated rental with all the amenities for two. Location is perfect to enjoy lovely Kelowna and Laura and Lois took wonderful care of us, even when our phone card would not work. Lois went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect! Thank you both. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again soon!🤗

Everything you need for a quick weekend getaway!

The apt was lovely, comfortable and well equiped!

This is truly one of the best Location in Kelowna. Close to everything. I can only recommend this apartment. Unfortunately I had to pay for parking since the undercover parking space, which normally comes with this place, was closed. All in all, we would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Kelowna. The location is superb—one can literally park the car and walk to whatever your heart desires! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Having the sliding glass open at night was lovely, although there was ac if you prefer. We took advantage of the rentals for bikes, scooters and seadoos and had some fun. The building itself is safe, and well maintained. We will definitely return! Thank you Lois amd Laura, your place is so great!

This property is absolutely lovely, very clean and well designed. It's proximity to the beach and downtown is very convenient. We would stay there again!

The unit has the best location and view of the lake and downtown. It is beautifully appointed and decorated so chic and eclectic. It looks just like the pictures. The problem we had is there are some issues going on that we were NOT told about ahead of time. First of all, the AC in the living room/kitchen area is not working. Even though we are having a heat wave, the manager told us “you’ll be fine” just keep all the blinds closed. Why would I pay extra for this location if i didn’t have AC and didn’t want to enjoy the views? Secondly, the parkade(garage) is under construction. We were told to park our front and use the meter but they have a 3 hour limit otherwise park a block away in a parking garage. Either way it was not only a pain but they didn’t offer any financial remedies for our new charges we weren’t expecting. The manager simply said again”you should be fine”. Then they neglected to tell us they are remodeling the unit directly below us and that during the day you couldn’t be in your room at times due to the tremendous noise that would shake our unit. When I called the manager she said”what construction, what noise, I don’t know what you’re talking about ?” Then remembered and said “they should stop soon, don’t worry about it “. We left a day early because it was all too much!!!! We really should have been warned ahead of our trip so we could reschedule if we wanted

Amaaaazing apartment, totally kitted with everything you need for a perfect Kelowna stay. Great location close to everything, can’t say anything bad about the stay!

This was our first multi day stay in Kelowna after years of one night stops back and forth between Calgary and Vancouver Island. Initially hesitant about staying downtown, this newly renovated unit with a lake/marina view was perfect for the two of us. We parked our vehicle and didn't move it until checkout as "people watching" from the comfortable balcony area and lakeside walks trumped the wine tours we had anticipated. Booking and check-in with Laura and Lois was easy and efficient. We will absolutely be back.

Fabulous place, has everything you need, and is close to all amenities.

We just spent three nights at Designer's Dream and were thrilled with the property and location. It was spotlessly clean, the bed had wonderful linens and was incredibly comfortable, and the deck overlooking the park and water was a lovely bonus of this beautifully appointed condo. Communication with the host was very easy and we were greeting upon arrival - Lois was very pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

A lovely little condo in a great location! This modern, hip and cute condo is comfortable and well appointed. Bed is so comfortable, lots of storage, bathroom is Hotel quality, layout is perfect. Great location downtown facing the park and lake. Mornings are peaceful and the patio is the perfect place for coffee and breakfast. Out your door is downtown with shops, cafes and some great restaurants. Literally, a few steps away is a local ice cream shop that is very popular. Check-in was easy and convenient and communication was excellent. If I had only one thing to comment on regarding an improvement - it would be upgrade the coffee machine (but this is a small detail) - everything else was great. Highly recommend this cute Pied-à-Terre.

Always a pleasant surprise when a property is exactly as described. Very happy with the space, the furnishings, quality of kitchenware, everything! Check-in was super easy and accommodating. If anything, the pictures of the balcony view don't do it justice, beautiful view. I'll definitely stay here again.

This 3rd floor downtown property was beautiful, exactly like the photos and description. It provided the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. We had a car but everything you need is walking distance. Groceries down the street, birthday ice cream or exceptional dining at Humo, located on the mainfloor of the building. The title is accurate, visually stunning and thoughtful, comfortable choices have been chosen through out this property! Thank you to the condo owners for providing such a gorgeous property!

We visited Kelowna for the first time over thanksgiving weekend 2022. Our friends all suggested to find a property near downtown to ensure we had the best first experience. This property did not disappoint. Perfectly situated near all amenities, a short walk to great dining, or stay in as this property has all the bells and whistles for a comfortable stay. Thank you for a great first visit. We will be back soon!

We lived in Kelowna 38 years ago and came back to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. What a great place to stay to reconnect with our old hometown. Just a very special place.

Renovated beautifully, fantastic location

This condo is just lovely! Comfortable, so stylish with amazing design and touches. We felt at home for sure. Lots of space to unpack your belongings, lovely dishes, and glassware. We appreciated the spices, olive oil, Brita water filter, beach chairs, beach towels, and the VIEW!! Right in the heart of downtown Kelowna with a gorgeous west-facing view that offered incredible sunsets and cool shaded mornings. Having AC was appreciated in the warm afternoon and sleeping overnight so that we could have the windows closed. Note, it can be a little noisy outside late but obviously expected given the central, fun, vibrant location. Will absolutely stay here again in the future. PS. Couldn't wait to have our first ice cream at Parlour when all we could smell were the fresh cones!

Lois was wonderful to deal with and ensured we had what we needed. The owners/property manager have thought of everything you could need. Beautifully decorated. VERY comfortable bed. We cannot say enough good things. Great location, as with anywhere be aware of your surroundings. Superior accommodation!!!

Perfect downtown location and spectacular view

The condo is beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean, located beside the lake in the heart of downtown Kelowna. The boardwalk and walking paths are steps from the front of the building, and shopping and dining are just around the corner. I would definitely return!

The condo is very clean, nicely renovated and in a very good downtown location. Would stay here again.

No dining table neer the window was a problem, we could not enjoy the view, and the curtain in the bedroom was missing

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, what an excellent location close to everything downtown. We used this suite as the boys hangout/ get ready spot for the morning of while we had another unit in the same building for the bridal suite. Couldn't have been a better set up! Thank you!

I rate a 5 to everything except the common areas.

Nice property but the "hostess" (Laura) whom i believe may be the owner did not offer to assist me when i had to cut my holiday short due to poor air quality. I tried to tough it out and stayed for 2 days and asked for a rain check in Spring 2022 for the final 2 days. Several attempts to get any response over several weeks went pretty much unanswered but Laura admitted to call screening my 2 calls to her and got mad for answering the phone when I did reach her. It seemed like the minimum one would do when you spend as much as I did for four days. My advice: stay at a hotel in the summer months, the cancellation is much easier and won't cost you hundreds in an insurance policy. Plus you won't have to deal with unprofessionalism and people who hang up the phone when you are looking for fairness.
