SantoTerra unique suites in Kartarados, Santorini, was a delightful stay. Convenient location, modern suites with amenities, lovely pool and jacuzzi for relaxation. Tranquil atmosphere away from tourist spots. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great value for exploring Santorini. Recommended for a relaxing getaway on this enchanting island.

There is a lot of dust because of the cava nearby and the bar is open just a few hours, a pity because the pool is very nice

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury cave style hotel that offered a memorable experience due to its remarkable customer service and prime location. From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Her warm and approachable demeanor immediately made us feel welcome. Elona had such a postive energy she was attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. She truly made an effort to create a personalized experience, which greatly enhanced our stay. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect. Facilities were amazing, we loved the pool and jacuzzi especially at night! Situated about 10mins from Fira and 20 mins from Oia, it provided easy access to popular attractions, shopping areas, and dining establishments. The convenience of being able to explore the city by car to coming home to a comfortable room was a major highlight. Whether we wanted to visit some towns, enjoy a stroll by the beach or indulge in the local cuisine, everything was just a stone's throw away.

However, one aspect that fell short of my expectations was the breakfast. While the food served was of decent quality, the lack of variety and options was a disappointment. The menu seemed repetitive, and there were limited choices for dietary preferences or restrictions. I would have appreciated a wider selection of both hot and cold options, as well as more variety in the fruits and pastries offered. With a bit of creativity and attention to detail, the breakfast experience could have been significantly improved. Despite the breakfast shortcomings, the hotel's other outstanding qualities more than made up for it. The exceptional customer service and the hotel's prime location were undeniable strengths that contributed to a fantastic overall stay. The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff truly set this establishment apart, ensuring that guests feel valued and well-cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable and convenient stay in Santorini. While there is room for improvement in the breakfast department, the exceptional customer service and ideal location more than compensate for any minor shortcomings. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future, confident that my experience will be nothing short of outstanding.

The breakfast spread was generous and we also got eggs the way we wanted. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were also comfortable.

There is construction going on opposite the hotel, so all the outside surfaces are coated with fine dust. We ended up eating breakfast in our room. This is also a very small hotel, with five rooms and hardly any common spaces. Elona at the front desk is not around all the time, but is reachable on the phone. This place is away from the centre of villages like Oia or Fira, so a car is absolutely necessary to get around.

The room was spacey and it was really nice. It was close enough to the fira town. The facilities were nice. It was really cheap in comparison with other hotels.

The breakfast was poor and it was served wrong..For instance the honey was on the fridge and as you can imagine i could not spread it, They served me boiled eggs but forgot to give me salt and pepper. i would rate breakfast 5/10. The jacuzzi was not filled with water and the personnel told me that i could use a jacuzzi in a different room. And i ask....why you did not offer me the other room from the begging? Inside the room was a emergency light, bright enough, that i could not switch off, resulting me of not being able to enjoy my slee with a switched on ligh. Next morning i asked how you switch this light off and the answer was that it has a switch just beside the lamp but you have to take a chair, step on it, in order to reach the switch . I find out about this light late at night and i did not want to call at that time to ask the personnel about it.

great location away from the busy tourist spots super clean and the suites have so much room. all the amenities worked perfectly including net flix, (in case you want a break from the sun.) our host was most helpful and organised our airport transfer and helped us to rent a scooter. The breakfast is lovely with lots of choice and is freshly prepared daily. We especially liked the two hot tubs that are located on the roof top in the sun.

Our stay was great and the property host was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Don't be put of by the location it was a 40 walk to Fira and 20 min walk to a nice uncrowded beach with bar and taverna.

We stayed at the Santoterra Hotel and the impression made on us is none other than wow! A charming place, beautiful in its design and in our planning, the manager of the place Elona was very nice and helpful, she took care of everything from small to big, received us with a big smile at the reception, asked if we needed taxis, car rental or anything else, offered us organized trips and cruises (we took the cruise It was around Santorini with stops in the surrounding islands including lunch and free drinks at a cost of 180 euros per person, we had a lot of fun and the staff members were funny, kind and sweetened the experience! Highly recommend!) The hotel is more suitable for couples, an intimate, quiet and calm atmosphere, the place is very close to the city The capital Fira (about 9 minutes drive) is close to the airport (about 7 minutes drive) and is located in a less touristy area with lovely views and a nearby horse farm.

The room is super super tiny. There were too many bees and lizards in the hotel. There is no reception or services other than breakfast time. Location wasn't the best

Location isn't the best but after traveling thr Island I saw it's not the worst too. Make sure you have a rental car to go into town.

No way you can stop the light coming from the door window early morning - The waterfall of the pool creates great noise, it is not nice when you sit at the pool in the morning.

Spacious. Bright. Clean, comfortable bedding. TV+ other facilities in both rooms. Amenities provided were good. Pool, hot tub and Jacuzzi accessible 24 hours for relaxation. Elona was super helpful as the staff. One of the best lodgings I have stayed in! Highly recommended!

Location was the only drawback.Far away from any commercial area/ shops and limited transport facilities on the island. Also timings for closure were a bit strange as 3 pm onwards the bar/ reception closed so you had to ensure food/ water was stocked well in advance. Would suggest management to introduce a shuttle service every few hours to go into the city (at least to Fira) to facilitate the guests staying here.

Walk to Fira was 30 min. Easy to rent all kind of transport at the hotel. No close busses by the Suites to Fira. Can highly recommend.

This is not a place, this is heaven. I’ve been travelling to the various places around the world but this is something else! I was slightly worried as I arrived at 1:30 in the morning but Elode booked a taxi for me and waited for me to check in. Bless her! She was absolutely amazing, so so accommodating and lovely. She let me use a hot bath outside even though it was a really late at night! The place is stunning itself. Very cosy with lots of places to sit around (in the sun and shade) so everyone will find something for themselves. Very clean as well. There is a little bar next to the pool where breakfast is served. Checking out was at 11 but I had to pick up the rest of my family from the airport around 4pm so Elode suggested I could chill next to the pool until they arrive. Honestly? With no regrets 10 out of 10! Thank you so much Elode for making my short stay so relaxing. I will come back for sure! Lots of love, Marta

Location is closed to airport and about 7 mins drive to Fira. Room and facilities meet our expectation. Rooms are large and comfortable. Air-con are good enough during the hot summer season. Elona is a very nice host and she cooked breakfast for my family every morning. This suites hotels are small and have only 6 suites I guess. We hired a car and there is parking inside the premises. There is a reasonable size swimming pool and 2 tubs , one cold and one warm. I found out they are both cold and Elona immediately found somebody to fix it. Overall this is a lovely suites hotel to stay in a reasonable price tag comparing with the cliff hanging properties in Oia. It is not walkable from hotel to anywhere else so I suggest a rental car or an ATV is essential when you want to get around in the island and go out to dinner in Fira.

Suites hotel is in a middle of nowhere. No view and facilities are limited to pool or jacuzzi. No gym or any outdoor exercise area.

The surroundings are well loooked after, the outside floor being washed every morning, clean, extremely cozy environment, outside jaccuzzis with two different temperatures of water, personal terrace for suite, extremely helpful and understanding administrator - she would provide you with anything you ask for! 5 mins by car to capital.
