Beautiful rooms with an amazing view!!! Excellent breakfasts and very nice pool area!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The amenities are incredible. We spent many days lounging by the pool and swimming. The treatment from the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. It is not right in the hustle and bustle of Fira which we preferred because it was peaceful while still being very close to the main square- I much rather prefer this area of Fira than being in the center. Rooms are very clean, the views are breathtaking. I could go on about how amazing this hotel is but it is worth it for you to book and see for yourself!

Rooms without windows have a bit lower lighting but the new room we moved to had great lighting. This is something that is a bit out of the hotels control but due to the strong winds, many of the pool umbrellas are unable to be opened, my only suggestion would be more areas in the shade for people to sit.

Christos, the pool bartender, was great. Everyone was really helpful and friendly

The breakfast was incredible! They have an eating area by the pool looking over the caldera. You pick whatever you’d like off the menu. They have fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, many types of bread, eggs, omelettes and pastries. Of course coffee any way you’d like. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was immaculate! We had the villa which was very spacious. There are lots of stairs but that’s to be expected in Santorini!

Honestly there was nothing we had an issue with.

The views from the bedrooms are amazing. Also the pool views allow you to look over the cliffs into the Caldera. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast bar staff were great and reception staff always had a smile.

The superior room was very small although I do appreciate we paid for the view. There was black mould growing behind the curtains and by the tv wall, reported it to the cleaner.

Tough to rate as it was end of the season and some things were not available.

Location

It is a shame that the hotel’s manager is the least personable human you would want to meet. Pool rules are made up each and every day, and towels and loungers are very hard to get. No lounger until you've finished your breakfast, it feels like you are in the army instead of on vacation. Nikoleta should not be managing anything, let alone this hotel. She does not listen, does not let anyone speak, and when you do, she speaks over you, is extremely rude, and does not solve the problems but escalates arguments. Extremely unprofessional and should be replaced with someone who understands hospitality. Her pool staff even apologized for her behavior Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel, you will only encounter aggravation.

The wifi was inconsistent

Very helpful, friendly staff. There was an error with the booking and we were unable to stay at the hotel as a family of 5, which was more Booking.com fault than the hotel. The hotel was very accommodating and let us use the facilities even though some of us were staying in a neighbouring property.

There weren’t that many outlets to charge phones etc. The breakfast was okay, but compared to other surrounding hotels it could have been a touch better. My eggs were runny and watery and my sausage was cold

location . in Firostefani but short amazing boardwalk to Thera. very quite. amazing view to caldera . great breakfast . multiple great restaurant nearby. staff is very friendly and supportive.

a bit of stairs climbing, but totally worth the location. Parking is couple of mins away.
