Location was perfect. Views were incredible. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Great location, incredible view

That you couldn’t have breakfast outside or in site of the view. Breakfast was lovely but in a cave style restaurant which was a shame given that amazing view. Didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as it seemed totally empty. View for dinner was amazing tho.

This hotel is in an amazing position right on the rim of the caldera . They will pick you up from the airport for a fee . Our first view of Santorini was amazing when we arrived at the hotel .We were greeted with a welcome drink by the lovely staff who were always helpful and friendly . We had a cave room in the courtyard which was very nice ,kettle in room and air conditioning. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and we had lunch there too up on the terrace overlooking the sea .We did not use the pool as we had a short stay . The hotels position means a very easy stroll into the town for restaurants and shops . There are a number of steps into town and at the hotel and it is up hill coming home at night .

Compared with other hotels we stayed at in Greece this hotel was expensive but it may be comparable to other Santorini hotel prices . There was no issues with the hotel itself .

Location was excellent, close to Fira with beautiful views. Check-in staff was great.

Facility is a bit tired, we had small room, some bugs, breakfast was good but not as good as other places and in windowless room.

the views are sensational when you arrive it’s the first thing you see and takes your breath away. the staff are super friendly and go above and beyond, they remember the small details and their customer service is exceptional.

The management staff was exceptional they were personable they showed concern for each need they were personable they showed consideration for each need and desire Each need and desire they were professionals every morning for 13 days when I got up in the morning they would welcome me with good morning and have a great day I traveled to Paris and other places Places This staff is exceptional they made my stay One of the greatest vacations I ever had.

possibly a little bit more variety on the menu but the chef will prepare the food but the chef who prepared the food cooks with Passion and style the food is good and he even greeted me and talk to me and every food that came to my room or that I ate was well prepared.

Staff were exceptionally attentive-nothing was too much trouble. Dina was very informative. The room (superior with Caldera view balcony) was stunning; it had tea and coffee making facilities, a mini-bar, bathroom with spa bath and a superb balcony overlooking the Caldera with sunset views. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is located a 10-15 minute walk to the main town (Fira). There is a great swimming pool area, with loungers, overlooking the Caldera. The food and room service was exceptional.
