So fun to be able to walk onto the beautiful Main Street of historic Roswell - so many choices of good restaurants that you don't even need to leave the area. Gracious host who gives you plenty of autonomy (despite living next door) but is very available via text for any questions. Perfect set up inside with just the right amount of room and comfort. A definite "will return" place

This place is first class, every detail was perfect for our Anniversary weekend! We enjoyed Roswell, cute town with lots of places to eat! The accommodations are 5 star..newer, clean, well stocked, and the owners are thoughtful and amazing to work with!

First of all, this place is perfectly located at the end of a street in a nice & quiet neighborhood. No one is driving by, so that’s pretty great! The amenities were much better than we expected! The mattress and pillows were very comfortable; There was also high quality bedding! There’s a TV in every room. The pictures do not show how spacious and luxurious the space is. All of the hardware and trim is high end. Love the bathroom tile, kitchen countertops, and the flooring throughout! The owners left a nice basket of welcome snacks, plenty of KCups, creamer in the fridge, and a selection of sweeteners. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and individually wrapped bar soap. It’s a 15 minute walk from great restaurants. If you are in town for concerts at Alpharetta, this is a great place with just a 15 minute drive to the venue!

Probably one of my best VRBO experiences of all time. Easy to check in, place was cute and clean, great communication with owners. We didn’t want to leave! You’ll love it here!

This was our 3rd time staying at Carriage House. We love how cozy and charming it is. It’s in a beautiful and quiet area that’s close to great shopping and dining. Sharon and Eric are amazing hosts. We definitely plan to visit again!

Had a wonderful stay in Eric and Sharon's guest house. The house was immaculate and so well stocked with everything you could ever need! They are fabulous hosts checking on us several times to see if we needed anything. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops on Canton Street in Roswell--couldn't be more convenient! We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Atlanta!

We enjoyed an extended stay at the Carriage House so that we could spend time with family, especially grandchildren. The location is perfectly located near shops, parks and hiking trails, and restaurants. I hope we can visit again. The hosts are responsive and very understanding. We had to leave suddenly due to a death in the family, and their response was kind and understanding. If possible, I would rate our experience even higher.

The Apartment was gorgeous. Clean new well decorated. Comfortable beds. We equipped kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Roswell. We plan to stay again on our next trip from SC Sharon and Eric were super and left us some delicious goodies.

The property is like new, and has everything you need. Couldn't ask for anything better.

First visit to Roswell and this very charming property! Pristine in every way with nicely payed out floor plan! Kitchen are was wonderful, stocked with essentials that we often have to buy, but not here! Bedrooms and bathroom perfect, laundry on site was practical and helpful. Beautifully decorated and in close proximity to many shops and dining in Historic Roswell. We loved everything about this place and will absolutely stay again if in the vicinity! A bit challenging to navigate the road, but owner was immediately responsive when I texted! Loved it!!

Do not hesitate to book this Wonderful rental! This custom built rental is in a Very beautiful, safe, neighborhood. It is walking distance to Canton Street that has restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. You are also within a few minutes drive to grocery stores, stores, gym, and entertainment. You have easy, close access to Georgia 400 to head anywhere in the city. The rental itself is a Beautifully decorated home away from home. It has Everything You need. It is immaculately clean. The beds are So comfortable, the neighborhood is So quiet, and You will have a peaceful sleep. You also have Your own private driveway access with a lot of room to park a few cars if needed. The Host are So Gracious, they are the Best and always there if You need something. Again, don't hesitate to book and once You do You will book again. Enjoy.

We loved our stay! Hosts were very accommodating and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. A perfect location for anyone who wants access to Atlanta but enjoy relaxation and quiet. Being a short walk from Canton Street was a game changer! Such a wonderful stay.

It was the perfect size for week stay in town. Very easy check in and check out and great amenities. They even left some snacks and games for me. It had great privacy and the location was convenient for all my needs.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and didn’t know much about the area. We were very impressed with this property and its proximity (easy walk) to downtown Roswell. The owners thought of everything; great suggestions, full kitchen, etc… These folks have taken vrbo hosting up a notch. This may be the one property where the real thing was better than the pictures…private lot, new construction, and a pride in decoration and upkeep. Definitely check this one out if in Roswell area! Clean, quiet and roomie. All the comforts of home. Everything I needed. Washer, dryer, iron, full kitchen and a bathtub. Owner provided snacks and checked in to see if I needed anything. Very convenient to Canton Street. An excellent stay.

We had a great time at the Carriage house. It was super clean and the owners were very responsive. The little extras like bottled water, snacks, keurig machine with coffee pods & cream were a nice touch. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars on Canton street and a close drive to other attractions. We would highly recommend this VRBO.
