Melissa was an amazing hostess and the property was great. The condo was a wonderful size and slept 6 comfortably. I would 100% book this place again if I traveled back to PCB in the future.

My kids absolutely loved this place ! They loved the room and the fact that they can choose from many different pools . Right across the street from pineapple Willy’s. It was the best stay !!!

Property needs some painting and cleaning

The elevator issue mentioned in reviews never came up for us because the location of the property makes using the stairs for a couple of floors easy. Communication was excellent, but also proactive so we never even had to ask anything!

The condo was nice, in the review on VRBO it said King size bed, it was a Queen size. It did have 2 baths and bunkbeds, and a queen size couch, which was somewhat uncomfortable, but most pull outs are. There was a box that said " inflatable matteress" apparently someone else needed it. Was not there. The maids in my opinion did somewhat of a shabby job cleaning. never pulled out the furniture and cleaned, the closet where the extra pillow were kept was so dirty. I cleaned it. Melissa was great about keeping us updated due to AC problems for the first 2 days but we were compensated for those days which was very nice. Its good location, elevators near the condo were slow, during high volume but did do good early morning or late in evenings. We did have a great time, pools are very nice. Restaurant at the condos are nice long wait but good food. Like any beach traveler places its a wait anywhere. Melissa was great to rent from. she was very quick to return text, Nice place.

Had a great time! Melissa is stocked up on all the inflatables, board games, kitchen accessories that you will need. Unit is clean and cozy. Will definitely book again.

We had such a blast on our first trip to PCB!! This condo is very nice & the location was perfect for us! The property owner had great communication & everything was laid out perfectly! We had some up & down weather during our stay which caused most days to be double red flag but we took a ferry to Shell Island & were able to swim & had a blast! There is so much to do around the area that the weather didn't really mess with our vacay at all! We will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you Melissa!!

My family had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect for us. We were really happy with how close this is to the beach, shopping, and dining. We would love to come back soon:)

Had some unexpected time off work and decided on a Wednesday night to book and leave Thursday evening to arrive Friday. The property and location was gorgeous and we had a blast. Owner was super responsive we will be looking forward to coming back soon

The condo is great and has plenty of room for everyone. Bunk room is perfect for kids. Cleaning service could be better, because we had to sweep when we arrived.

Our stay at Lake Town Wharf was wonderful. The condo was clean, the decor was updated and the amenities were helpful for our vacation stay. We enjoyed having a Walmart across the street to get what we needed for our stay.

I booked this very last minute because it was super affordable and looked nice. I was pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly like the pictures online! We only had a few small issues, like the floors were not cleaned at all(I know we did show up 20 minutes early though) the fridge not getting cold, and the couch was kind of wonky and worn out but overall we really enjoyed our stay. This place has a lot to offer and is really just right across from the beach and has a TON of pools. We will definitely be back in the future!

The location of the condo sounded amazing online. Instead, we found it loud, noisy and not facing the beach. The traffic was horrendous when trying to check in and throughout the week. We couldn’t even get out of the garage to get groceries at Walmart because the garage was backed up to the 3rd level. Walmart was closed at 8pm every night which made it hard to get groceries during the non-busy hours. Tons of people j-walking and driving all over the road with golf carts. The Laketown wharf beach access key code did not work and no one could get in until someone came out. Kids at all the pools, and the hot tubs were out of order.

Property was nice. I understand the wrist bands but not a pleasure. Elevators slow and very busy. Room was nice but needs a couple issues fixed. Thank you Melissa for the stay.

We had a great stay!!!! The unit was nice and clean!!!! Lots to do in the area. We would totally stay again..... Also our property manager was very nice and easy to get a hold of....

The room and condo was fantastic. The only complaint I have is the elevators. It took us 35 minutes to get our luggage to our room because the elevator is so slow and always packed because there is only about 6 or 7 elevators to choose from. Even without luggage, we had to wait 10-25 minutes each time we got on the elevators. But besides that, everything else was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was convenient to everything. The rooms were beautifully decorated and Melissa was a great hostess, checking on us periodically. We enjoyed our stay here. The elevators were slow, but we took the stairs most of the time which was good as of course, we ate well. LOL

We stayed here with our 2 boys in June for a week. Absolutely LOVED the condo! Beautifully decorated and clean! Great location within walking distance to nearly everything!! Melissa was always accessible for questions and very helpful. Highly recommend!! Only complaints are that the wait time for an elevator is awful (not enough elevators for the number of condos) and the check in staff weren't very friendly.

No complaints at all. The apartment was wonderful, everything was in walking distance or only a 10 minute drive. I plan on renting on again!

Spending most of my time at the hospital because of my sister heart surgery, I didn't get to enjoy much of what was available... I did find the acaumadations in condo comfortable, furnished with all amenities Most of all the owner of the condo was very kind and helpful
