Very clean, lovely property

Cozy small cottage was perfect for my daughter and I on our trip to Nashville.

Everything you need adjacent to Vanderbilt U and within 2 miles of downtown Nashville!

This was a great place for my mom and sister and I. It was quiet and walkable to Hillsboro village, music row, restaurants, and two beautiful campuses (Vanderbilt and Belmont). The place was clean and well-stocked with everything we neede. The parking spot was so convenient! Thanks for a great stay.

The cottage was very much a home away from home, especially for our young kids. We were able to use the bus to get around easily, and essentials were close by. The property was lovely and clean with everything we needed, as well as some extra touches that were very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property!

This cottage was terrific for our needs, close to our conference, food, and downtown Nashville. A little tricky to find as its behind where GPS takes you. Would definitely stay here if in the area again! Also, perfect location if you are visiting the colleges! Great hosts!

Perfect place to stay for our stay in Nashville. We have a freshman at Vanderbilt and we could walk to his dorm in under 5 minutes. Super close to Hillsboro Village for dining and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Husband and I came to Nashville for first time. This was a nice, quiet location but close enough to downtown and Broadway area. Older building so the floors are a little wonky, but the place was clean and comfortable. We did not cook much but there was basic equipment available. There is a washer/dryer in the unit with detergent pods which was helpful. Don't wash clothes when you want to wash tv because it is loud. Easy to get in and out of place with doorpad. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Nice stay in close proximity to the hospital. All was perfect for what we needed.

We stayed here for a short vacation. Really enjoyed it! Location was great. Almost anything you would want to visit is going to be a short car ride away. Super quiet for being down town. As other reviews stated elderly/children may need to be extra careful on the stairs. Only small issue is the water pressure in the shower isn’t great although I’m not sure there is anything that can be done about that. Host instructions for parking and entering were clear. We would definitely book again!

My family came to town for a cheerleading competition at Belmont. This location was super convenient for the event and short ride downtown to Broadway. The cottage was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Very nice home, clean and comfortable. I was in town for work and the location is excellent. Walking distance to Vanderbilt University, stores and restaurants. Will stay again next time we are in town. Thanks!

The location was quaint, restful, simple, quiet (other than periodic sirens from nearby hospital). Was slightly difficult to find the location initially because it is on a no name one way street. The location was fine for the activities we wanted to do. Everything was 15 minutes or less if driving and plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The building is older and the walkway and steps from parking area into it were slightly difficult to navigate. Lost footing leaving and arriving more than once. Hosts supplied a few breakfast items (granola bars and oatmeal). Kitchen offered the basics needed. All appliances needed for a nice stay were provided. Simple but good. Bathroom was smallish. We were only two and managed well enough, not sure how 4 or more would get by. Hot water for showering was instantaneous.

Loved our stay here. A wonderful location within a few blocks of coffee, food and shopping! The space was incredibly clean and inviting. Susan was responsive and helpful!

Close to the centennial sportplex for weekend activities. The cottage was perfect for my families’ needs. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. Great location for short walk to shops and restaurants. It was a very nice start.

My friend and I had a great place at this rental. Very cute and clean. Everything we needed was there plus some. Loved that there was coffee, water and some granola bars. We were starving when we finally got there from the airport and it was a great extra touch. Property owners were very responsive and great to work with. The area was perfect, we felt safe in this neighborhood to walk around as we wanted. Night time the streets and parking lot are all well lit.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. The location was perfect for us, and it was so so comfy. We will definitely stay again as my daughter will likely want to take a formal tour of Belmont!

Response time from the host and hostess was impressive. The place was stocked with a lot of amenities. This place was great for two people.
