Everything about this property is beautiful. We had the suite of three rooms on the second floor. Even though I had read many favourable reviews, I was still pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this property is.

That we had to leave

Ce B&B de charme est simplement parfait. Nous avons logé trois nuits dans la chambre "Burgundy", décorée avec goût avec un cachet délicieusement médiéval. L'endroit est très calme bien qu'à proximité immédiate de la Grand-Place et des rives de l'Escaut. Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous, et les petits-déjeuners pantagruéliques. Un séjour parfait dans un lieu magnifique !

J'ai vraiment dû réfléchir très fort pour trouver quelque chose à mentionner : le tirage de la chasse d'eau qui laisse parfois à désirer. Mais c'est vraiment pour pinailler 😁

Geräumige, gemütliche und originell eingerichtete Suite (Burgundian) im 1. Stock, kleiner Balkon (ohne Aussicht). Schön einfach zurücklehnen und entspannen. Küche sehr nützlich, einfaches Frühstück im Zimmer. Unschlagbare Lage, wenige Schritte zum Kanal. Sehr ruhiges autofreies Quartier, teils noch alte Häuser. Ehem. Fleischhalle ganz nahe. Nicolas ist ein sehr zuvorkommender freundlicher Gastgeber und führt im Haus die Taverne, ideal für einen Schlummertrunk.

Absolutely everything! Can not fault it! I stayed on the Burgundian suite and is the most amazing room I have ever stayed in. Nicolas was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for me to make my stay perfect. The breakfast was incredible too. I have already recommended both Antwerp, and this accommodation to multiple people!

Absolutely nothing!

This had so much wow factor, oozing character and history and charm whilst maintaining a contemporary feel too. There were lots of added extras like great WiFi, easy to access and use controls for lights and temperature. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The location is brilliant - so close to the centre and yet off a calm side street. The host could not have done more to make us more welcome and it felt like such a treat to be there, I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Nothing, it was truly fabulous

The owner is incredibly accommodating when it comes to breakfast. The rooms are large and well presented. Refrigerator is full of local beer and beverages, with very little mark up. The location is very quiet, but very well located and easy to walk to sights and restaurants.

This is an exceptional property: our host was so helpful, our room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, with everything we needed. Great location right near the town centre (but a quiet street) near bike route through town, good bike storage. The breakfast was great.
