Location near the Bupyeong -do subway was useful. Also near the station and access to taxi rank. Lights good enough to read by. They have a good system for storing cases.

The double room was small and they’d crammed in a table which meant you could only get out of bed one side. It’s a very tired brown decor. There’s no space for outdoor shoes by the door. Reception was efficient but lines of guide ropes are not welcoming. Breakfasts fine if you don’t need toast eggs etc. Other international travelers seemed to enjoy it.

The location is perfect since it's near the station, they have washing and dryers machines which was very convenient.

The breakfast ends too early at 9:30.

Great location. Easy to get to the airport. A direct bus line 111 takes an hour and drops you in front of the terminal. Very clean. Cheap washing machines. Right next to a subway line. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around.

Rooms are very small. Check out time is 10AM, which is way too early. The subway station is very confusing. There is a light blue and a dark blue ‘incheon line 1’ so figuring that out was tricky ( not the hotels fault by any means just a heads up.)

There was a staff at the reception, so you could make a reservation even in the middle of the night, and it was really convenient to be able to pay by card on site. Thank you very much for your kind call even though it was past the expected check-in time. A small but all-inclusive, comfortable, convenient and very clean room. I was especially moved by the fact that there was even a humidifier in the bedroom. Bupyeong Station is 1 minute away, it's the best accessibility!! Especially, fantastic breakfast! I thought it would be just toast when I saw the cost of the hotel, but I was impressed by the good hotel breakfast and the friendly kitchen staff. Thank you very much. I was hesitating whether to eat breakfast or not, but I would have regretted it if I didn't, right? I hope I can come to Bupyeong more often thanks to this accommodation.

日本語ができるスタッフ、お部屋も清潔感があり日本にいる感覚と変わらず1人でも安心して宿泊できました。 ドライヤーの調子が悪くなってしまったのでフロントに電話したらドアノブに掛けておいてくださりました。 近くにはコンビニや飲食店、ショッピングモール、地下商店街もあり何も困ることはなかったです。

バスタブの水捌けが悪く、シャワーしていると溜まってしまった。

Breakfast was good - local spread. Great location, 2 mins from the metro and heart of the shopping / pubs area. Great staff, clean rooms & bathroom, with cleanlinen. comfortable stay. Worth it. I'll come back again to this hotel.

Although breakfast was good, however, I wish they could stop cooking food at the end-time, but should let the customers eat from the buffet until the food is over. There are lot of left over un-touched food at the buffet which is taken away at the closure, however, I hope they do not throw the food, rather let people eat who arrive later. Milk should be provided for the coffee at the breakfast.

The breakfast was okay if you like Korean food, otherwise it wasn't very substantial. It was close to the subway station and lots of restaurants, salons and a shopping center. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

You can't order food to your room, you have to get it in the lobby. Rooms are small. Very close to the station so you could hear the noise of the subway into the night.

Short-stop parking is a real negative factor. My nephew who drove me from Incheon International Airport to the hotel couldn’t find parking anywhere. Another quite ridiculous hotel policy is that no one but the person for whom the booking has been made is allowed to visit the room. Staff should wear their name badge for identification so that guests can give feedback on their customer service manners.

부평역 바로 옆이라서 교통이 편리하고 좋았어요. 그리고 부평역사 안에 있는 롯데마트, 롯데시네마도 편리하고 좋았어요. 저녁 비행기 타러 갈때 부평역에서 게양역까지 가서 공항철도 이용하니 비용도 저렴하고 편리했어요 아침식사 엄청 맛있어서 두번 갖다 먹었어요 가방 보관도 편리했어요. It was very easy to get the train/ subway as the Bupyeong station is just next to the hotel. Lotte Mart, Lotte Cinema are in the complex of the station. The breakfast was excellent, I had eaten twice. I went to the Incheon Airport by the train, from Bupyeong station to Gyeyang station and then changed to the airport line. Very easy and cheap to go. Double room was quite small.

When entering the hotel, the staff who did not speak english responded with attitude and did not try to communicate with us. This type of attitude is disrespectful and unacceptable since we expected this hotel to be foreigner friendly. We soon found a problem with our AC and asked to switch rooms but the staff informed us that you were fully booked. We requested to change rooms again but were rejected again since we have already moved things around in the room. The room was too hot and would be considered unbearable if we slept in it. At the end of the day we were able to change rooms but do not appreciate your staff lying to us about not having any other rooms open and having us wait around for an hour in the hot hallways with no AC. To continue our complaint, one of our rooms we booked was not cleaned to our standard and does not meet the standard your hotel shows on the webpage. The toilet had toilet paper in it and the toilet itself did not seem like it has been cleaned. We would appreciate a more thorough cleaning before arriving to the room.

The room was very clean, and more spacious than I thought it would be. They gave fresh towels everyday and the breakfast was good.

You can hear the noise from the trains very well which is a bit bothersome during the day, but it’s not bad at night as they stop around midnight.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Facility was cleaned. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect! Right next to a station

The laundry was a bit expensive, especially when I have to purchase my own detergent. The time for air dry is too short. 20 minutes is not enough to dry clothes.
