Sehr sauber, die Dusche war gut, das Frühstück reichlich, die Besitzer und die Angestellten sind sehr nett. Wir durften auch nach dem Auschecken noch länger im Hotel bleiben.

In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Hähne…. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, allerdings war nur eine Sache der Auswahl frei. Für eine weitere Portion hätte man bezahlen müssen.

Amazing welcome including a welcome drink and a refreshment towl! The staff helped is with eeeverything it was so good. Place is very cute and small. It has a nice home-feeling to it. Rooms are not the newest and quite small if you have a fair bit of luggage but that's absout the only thing that we could even say. Defiantly highly recommended to stay here. Its in the middle of everything and still very quiet.

A wonderful place to stay if you’re in Moalboal. The location is close to the restaurants, bars and beach but tucked away so that it remains quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Werner, Hanna and the rest of the staff are so warm and welcoming! Canyoneering is a must do activity and best to book through the Guesthouse.

The hot water didn’t last too long in the showers but the pressure of them was actually very good.

Everything was fantastic. Attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, really really great hosts, super friendly . The shower is just amazing. Room is even with an air purifier equipped. We wished to stay longer unfortunately they were fully booked.

Great place to stay in Moalboal. Very close to the mainstreet with bars/restaurants and to the tricycles if you want to go to for example White Beach. I was warmly welcomed by Werner and Hanna. They have been great hosts during my whole stay. Also the staff is amazing friendly and helpful. They helped me with arranging the Kawasan Falls tour and a ferry ticket for Oslob to Panglao. The rooms have a great patio where you can chill. Also in the restaurant. The breakfast has a variety of options to choose from (the pancake was very tasty!). Thanks Werner and Hanna for everything.

Werner, Hanna and their team are absolutely wonderful! Communication before we got there was fabulous and they were super helpful with booking transfer to the guesthouse, tours when we got there and also our onward journey. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and the place is so cute and tucked away from the main drag so it feels more private. Cannot say enough good things about this place. :)

We liked our spent in Roos guesthouse very much. Owners are very helpful and we got to know lot about Philippines to continue our journey. Place itself was not on the main street but very near which was advantage for us because it wasn't so noisy at night. Definately will reccomend this place.

Everything… the rooms where clean and comfortable, the location was perfect and central. the staff where so lovely and friendly, after travelling for for the last 7 weeks , this has by far been one of my favourite places.

the couple running the place is lovely, the guesthouse has a very nice vibe and very good value for money. We got all the information we needed about transport and tours well in advance through a message on Booking .com and they were happy to assist us with everything during our stay. They helped us by arranging a shuttle to the airport the day before we were leaving and since other guests were also going to the airport, we were able to share the costs which was very nice. We loved that they had a machine that filtered the air so it wasn’t to moist or dry in the room

the bed could be more comfortable and the interior of the room was a bit basic, but it was definitely still very nice to stay and especially very good value for money

Good Staff Good Location

The Road to get there is muddy when it rains. Pay attention about the dogs in the street. We were close to a fight by passing late night.

The owners are super nice and helpful. They give very good advice and help you with every matter. The room is nice and clean and the place is really amazing to rest and chill. Close-by to the sea and restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse. Staff was really helpfull when needed, room was very clean and even had an air purifier. Included breakfast was great and you can order any time in the morning. Guesthouse is a 5 min walking distance to the busy area of Moalboal but far away enough so it is quiet a night. I would stay again!

- The hosts were friendly and accommodating. - The staff were courteous. _ The room and common area were clean.

- Room Door: You need to exert much effort and energy to close and open the door. The owners were aware of the problem and warned us during the check-in. However, it bothered us so much and some of the guests. It was always noisy as everyone needed to bang it. - Housekeeping: We stayed for four nights, but they only cleaned the room and changed the towels ONCE. - Breakfast: Limited options and was not impressive. - Service: The guesthouse does not serve lunch or dinner. It was raining unexpectedly during our stay, which was a huge issue since the roads were not paved. - Location: It’s a 3-minute walk to the main road. However, the streets are muddy and dark. - Tours and Transfers: They charge much higher than the market. We booked an Oslob tour with a promise of a private tour and extra waterfalls to visit since we were four. During the pickup, we found out that we were 10 people in the van, and they didn’t inform us that the Tumalog Falls was closed even though they were aware of it. We only visited one waterfall, and they never even offered to partially refund us since we overpaid them Also, we had a massive problem with the airport transfer. Please don’t book with them; they are overcharging their guest. They also lack proper coordination, which caused us a delay during our pick up.

The room is very nice and clean. They have a bar where you can hang out, which is a huge plus. The wifi is good and the owners are super friendly and great people. Absolutely recommend it.

Lovely family owned property. Staff helpful with booking excursions and transport to the airport. The guesthouse is very clean. Variety of options for breakfast. Quiet location. Short walk to restaurants, cafes, bars and Panagsama beach. Highly recommended staying here.

I had an accident in the room causing damage to the hotel property. Werner dealt with it in a friendly professional manner in which I was able to pay for the damage caused. Again very sorry. Also the welcoming and friendliness of Werner’s wife far exceeded my expectations. The new location was a great improvement to my previous stay at Roos guesthouse with the updated rooms and improvement in facilities. Breakfast was also 10/10 and the cleaning/ night security guy extremely friendly.

The road you had to go down to get to the hotel- muddy and uneven

very clean, great location, good value for money and breakfast was lovely.

sadly the 24hr security and entrance wasn’t the case one night as we couldn’t get in.

Rooms were small but spotlessly clean and fully functional. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Owners Werner and Hannah couldn't do enough for you. I would absolutely recommend Roos Guest house if you are in the are.

Maybe just needed a small shelf in bathroom for toiletries, that said it was a nice bathroom.

Owner is great welcome with the family, Information you need to know in Moalboal they have it. location a bit inside from the road but Walking distance to beach and restaurant, Room clean, Bed comfort, great support with smile.
