Everything. Very well located, in the center of Bansko but very quiet. 8 minutes walk from the Gondola. Beautiful hotel, the room was big and very clean (was cleaned everything day). Nice spa area, heated pool and jacuzzi. Nice garden for the kids to play. Rich breakfast.

Tanne is a little bid outdated hotel not far from the gonodola in the center of Bansko. The rooms are good, beds fine and the breakfast is basic but sufficient. The hotel has a nice spa/ welness with pool, jacuzi and saunas. Bathrobes in every room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the staff of Mehana Tanne. Also the fireplace in the restaurant was great. We ate there all but one night. Kids loved it. Our room was double-decker and very large. There were 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and 3 toilets. It was a room with a fireplace. We did not have any heating problems. Parking was available. Breakfast was adequate by Bulgarian standards. Gondola lift is 10 minutes away, but it wasn't a strenuous or boring walk. We had no difficulties with our 2 children. SPA area jacuzzi, pool, steam bath, salt room and saunas were great. The children had fun in the playground in the garden of the hotel. They enjoyed it more because it was snowing. We as a family were very satisfied. When we go to Bansko again, the address where we will stay is certain.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Nice and helpful staff, good location (10 minute walk to ski lift), free parking, warm and comfortable. It's not a modern hotel but a traditional Bulgarian hotel with great character.

We stayed 6 nights. First 2 breakfasts were very limited choice. Probably, because we were only 2 families in the hotel. In the next days when more people arrived to the hotel , the breakfast choice was good. We stayed in October and the warm system still did not work.

Everything is excellent. There is free parking lot. The hotel is clean. The swimming pool is also clean and the water is warm. The personnel is very helpful and responsive. The price for this quality is really good.

The room was clean and spatious and the view to the mountains was really nice.

It’s that kind of place where even tough it’s difficult to pinpoint the things you didn’t like, you know that definetely could have been better and in total, they could work harder on all aspects. For instance, the staff was ok but they gave the impression that they were bored or tired, they didn’t had that “welcome” attitude. The breaksfast was mediocre for my taste and definetely not worthy for a 4 star hotel, they only had instant coffee for free( included in the price you pay) and if you wanted “normal” coffee you had to pay extra. Also, a description tag in front of every dish would be nice so you wouldn’t have to ask what you eat. Small details make the difference.

Minor things, just to mention The often use button of elevator number 2 floor lost the print. No operating flat battery swimming pool wall clock.

The hotel is well maintained, in good condition. Stuff is welcoming and facilities are ok.

The only disadvantage for me is the bed size - I am over 1'90 and it feels a little short. That's however a minor issue.
