We had a wonderful stay at Rodon.hotel....the staff were very helpful.and the rooms.were always spot on with cleanliness! Great water views and mountain views and the swimming pool was fantastic 👌 🇬🇷😄 I highly recommend Rodon Hotel! 💯👌

Setting. Lovely pool and gardens. Very good cleaners.

No coffee or drinks available throughout the day. No food even snacks or icecreams

For a 3 star hotel, the equipment is poor and the service was less than the average.

Fantastic place with beautiful pool and lovely staff. Very clean and safe.

The shower was tiny and you can hear neighbours through the walls.

I asked for a quiet room. I think the whole hotel is pretty quiet. Up out of the city by about a mile and a half, a low level development, easy on the eye, set back off the road..(Chania is busy with traffic almost 24/7)in lovely gardens. The Archaeological museum is a national treasure and within walking distance for most people.

Reception couldn't find my booking or the emails I'd exchanged with them via the booking.com message system. Once that was resolved all was well but it was a stress I could have done without. I had no car and didn't feel inclined to wander too far but local choice in the immediate area for an evening meal was very limited. I was just getting into exploring when my week was up. The choice in the city centre is excellent of course.

Staff very helpful and polite

Convenient hotel for a short stay in Chania area. Car parking available as part of hotel. Rooms are kept clean and tidy although a bit outdated. We had breakfast included in the price which was good but not much variety in choice of food. Location is good in a quite area and easy to get to city center by bus.

Nothing substantially wrong. Just a bit refreshment/update of the rooms/furniture might add to the overall pleasantness of the place. And also some more variety to the breakfast could be added.

Loved the pool and the room was lovely! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Staff. Older lady at reception is brilliant. Breakfast very good, similar to ther hotels in Crete. Freshly squized orange juice. Very nice pool and pool area.

Coffee could be better. Cicadas sound in our room was so loud that we could not sleep. I know they're everywhere but silence and peace of mind in your room is a must.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for organizing the night transfer to the airport. At our request, the hotel staff ordered us a taxi for 4 am, I was worried about the night move, but luckily the taxi arrived on time! Thank you !

Beautiful Hotel very clean, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet including fresh fruit and orange juice. Our room was immaculate cleaned every day with fresh towels and shampoos etc and the shower etc of high standard. The architecture of the hotel and poo clever and beautiful design, Views over the mountains and the large pool. Air conditioning also very reliable.

Absolubtly nothing!

Hotel Rodon with mountain view, was very clean (not clean, very clean!) with everyday cleaning service. Really good breakfasts were a perfect start of a day and a beautiful and pleasant pool was a cherry on top after a sunny and hot day. We were surprised with the kindness and openness of a hotel staff. Their joy and great English made us feel very welcome. I would certainly recommend the place for all of you who do not need all incl as Rodon Hotel is a perfect place to stay in and relax, being also a perfect starting point for every day trips (hotel has a big parking). Fruit trees and jasmine were a nice addition. I would like to send a special thanks to Zervoudaki who made our stay in a hotel fabulous <3
