Un des nombreux grands hôtels de la ville, mais pas "tout en hauteur" (2 étages). Parfaitement situé au centre ville, mais bien insonorisé. Grandes chambres bien équipées. Petit dej buffet très bien fourni. Parking privé, peu de places... mais peu de voitures.
Bémol : les chambres "vue piscine" pourraient pour certaines s'appeler "vue imprenable depuis la piscine" (aucune intimité).
Nombreux restaurants à proximité.
Personnel discret et efficace.
Vue piscine... mais pas toutes les chambres. Et c'est pas plus mal.
Un détail : la lumière automatique dans les sdb... difficile de se lever sans réveiller l'autre

מלון מצוין, מיקום מרכזי, צוות אדיב, נקי מאוד, ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת, מגוון אפשרויות ארוחת צהריים וערב. מעלית גדולה. בניגוד למה שכתוב רוב חלקי המלון נגישים לכיסא גלגלים.
יש כמה דברים שוליים כמו ציפורים שעפות על השולחנות בארוחת בוקר, אבל יש כאלה שאוהבים את זה. מחסור בדברי דגים כמו טונה למשל בארוחת בוקר. המיטות נוחות אבל אפשר לשפר עוד טיפה, כך גם בנגישות לנכים, למשל בכניסה למאפיה. לישראלים שבינינו כמובן נשמח לחומוס וערוצי טלוויזיה בעברית.

It was amazing stay and I approciate the management team for nice hospitality and big thanks for the shift and the restourant manager Marios, I think he is an owner to welcome all visitor with such worm feeling.
We liked the restourant, it was amazing buffet with many delicious food, ask type are available specially the sea food night.
I had shall incident with my kids and ask the hotel team start taking care of my kids and ask other visitors. They are taking their job seriesly and at high level of service.
The room was clean and the room service team was very helpful.
I will come again for sure

Only the location was good, but everytihing else was dissapoiting. Specially the bed, they were horrible and not comfortable at all - I would not recommend the place. If I had to summarize the hotel in one sentence it would be: A Bad experience! I couldnt wait to go back home and get a good rest in my own bed. I dont recommend the place. Finally, the photos dont match the realiaty - dont go.
Poor hotel. One of the worst bed I've slept. It is the kind of place you go and you cannt wait to leave to get a good night of rest and sleeping on your own bed. Also, all SPA ammendeties announced by the hotel, were not available. It is no part the hotel indeed. It is a third part business which limitted capacity to deal with all guest demands. The breakfast was fair, nothing special. and Finally, the photos were way better than the reality. One word to define the hotel: disappoiting. I do NOT recommend this place. It is defenetly a NOT 4 start hotel.

The room was quite dirty, the bed linen was stained. A cot was provided for the child, but it was not possible to sleep on it because it creaked and was uncomfortable. There was also no toothpaste in the room. The TV remote control was dirty with something greasy, it was unpleasant to touch it.

Room was very comfortable.
I presumed a 4 star would have at least a tea bag/coffee etc for one drink or a comp. Water
