I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standards one would expect from a five-star establishment, and it left me feeling both angry and unsafe. I initially booked a sea view room but was given a different room upon arrival. I was then moved to room 335, where I was met with an overwhelming disgusting odor, seemingly due to the air conditioning system. Despite the discomfort, I chose to stay in the room, only to find that the shower robe provided was old, scratched, and appeared unclean—as if it had been used by countless others “I have the picture for your reference”. I was then relocated to room 619, where things continued to deteriorate. While trying to do my hair, the hair dryer repeatedly stopped working after a minute, which I was told was a "safety feature." However, even after requesting a replacement, the issue persisted. Later that night, while using my hair iron, it suddenly exploded right in front of me, causing the electricity in the room to shut down. This was a terrifying experience, and I was genuinely afraid for my safety. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be five-star. The lack of hygiene, the subpar safety measures, and the unprofessional attitude of your staff, particularly a member of the team who questioned me why these issues happened to me instead of me addressing them, are all deeply troubling. When I spoke with the Lebanese manager, he merely offered me his business card, which does little to resolve the serious issues I encountered and no one took this case as serious as it is very serious and not acceptable in all means. I traveled from Dubai to meet friends from Holland, hoping for a pleasant stay. Instead, I endured the worst hotel experience of my life.

Iman at reception Professional & welcoming Gave good room with nice view With early check in as I arrived earlier :) Also Amna always impresses me with her intelligent customer oriented personality. A welcoming fruit basket & turkish sweets was nice gesture :) Rotana is my favorite brand in hospitality & Beach Rotana Hotel is one of the best ! We can tell confidently, the HR is doing great in selection & training their team to maintain welcoming & pleasant atmosphere. Good job :)

Everything about this hotel is brilliant: the rooms well facilitated, the superb breakfast, swimming pools and spa facilities, the excellent friendly professional staff and the location being connected to the shopping mall it’s easy to get everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone it’s great for all ages. We extended our stay in this hotel.

I can’t explain my joy to eagerly get back to the hotel everyday to see my fruit fact of the day on my pillow. Also: location, shower water pressure and valet were really good.

Gym is outdated and staff was too pushy for me to give reviews during checkout.

Excellent standard 5* facilities. Breakfast was expensive, yet not too busy. Pool and gym were top quality, beach walking distance and very clean.

Very slow service ok beach for drinks. When we arrived, the room make-up was slow, and we needed to call twice to get the children’s’ bed made up.

Very convenient location, great restaurants, Staff are wonderful and friendly, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Service during arrival to the hotel, not welcomed , no toothbrush and shaving kit available, the view was very bad not to the value of money which I have paid.

Rotana is always a great 5 star hotel. clean and good friendly staff.

this was a beach resort we loved to go to with a beautiful beach. water sports and great views. but now it became an urban hotel. small beach facing huge buildings and construction all the time.

The reception is very generous specially Mr. Shahrayar
