This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers free parking. Also located near shopping areas and restaurants. The hotel also provides a good breakfast. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The staff at the hotel is quite friendly. Overall good hotel

I did not like the fact that they will charge you to get a one-hour late check-out even though the hotel is not fully booked. The previous day, I asked the staff at the reception about a late check-out, and they said that it is a possibility as the hotel is not fully booked and i would need to request it in the morning of the check-out. In the morning, when I went to request one, the staff at the reception said that they will charge me $25 for a one-hour late check-out.

Guests should be informed about the housekeeping schedule. Maybe an extra roll of toilet paper in the room wouldn't be too much to ask. The pool and pool area could be cleaned better.
