Провели в этом отеле 2 ночи и понравилось абсолютно всё! Месторасположение, процесс заселения, завтраки, ужин, чистота номеров, wi-fi, персонал, терраса на крыше-все супер! Соотношение цена/качество отличное. Конечно, если придираться, то можно при желании и в 5 звездах найти недостатки. Просто надо всегда помнить, сколько вы платите, и что вы путешествуете по ближнему востоку и здесь есть своя специфика . Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки и ужины. У нас было 3 завтрака включено и один ужин в отеле мы оплачивали дополнительно. Завтраки плюс-минус одинаковые, но за 3 раза они нам не надоели и не приелись. Все было вкусное и свежее, с восточным акцентом. Ужин стоит 10JD на человека и идет по типу шведского стола. Очень разнообразный выбор как закусок/салатов, так и горячего. Было несколько видов мяса и рыба. Все было очень вкусно! За 10JD в туристических ресторанах по соседству можно взять одно горячее и все. В номерах чистота! Матрас и подушки удобные, белье белоснежное. По тв транслируют мой любимый Netflix , за что отдельное спасибо!

Hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. In a quieter street within walking distance to the visitor center. Possibility of buffet breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and newly furnished. We had to move the first night due to the flooding of the bathroom from the room above us. But the staff solved everything perfectly and promptly.

The location is great. The breakfast and dinner are amazing. Very tasty and very good value for money. Private parking as well next to the hotel and very helpful staff.

The rooms could use a bit of paint and maybe some new pieces of furniture here and there. Shower was leaking a bit as well.

the double bed was 2 single beds put together and uncomfortable the room offered had a tiny bathroom that uncomfortable to sit on the toilet, staff changed the room for us they could improve on cleanliness

Great position to enter in Petra. Literally 2 minutes walk.

Rooms had not towels and toilet paper and we needed to ask few times to get them. Also the room was a bit small and old considering its price.

Hotel is a bit old but the location is unbeatable. Staff is very welcoming. If you are not looking for fancy premises this is the place for you!

Good location a short walk from the main entrance to Petra and the Petra Museum. Breakfast was good with a chef to make omelettes. We were on the ground floor and did not have any views. Front desk staff was attentive to our needs and helped with sightseeing and transportation arrangements.

We were staying on the ground floor, and there is a new building being built next door and our window stared at the next buildings windows, so no views or natural light. The room doors did seal out noise from the hallway very well at night. We the buffet dinner hot entrees were not very hot.

Opposite a building site. We had one lovely night and one noisy one.

A few minutes walk from the entrance to Petra. Efficient and helpful concierge, organised transport to pick us up at the Aqaba border and to Amman airport. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, offering a wide range of Arabic dishes. Vey courteous staff, organised a breakfast box on the day we left before breakfast was served. Good sized room, with comfortable beds, well cleaned. Great value for money.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The bottom sheet of the bed barely covered the top of the mattress and did not enclose the mattress. The buffet dinner was good, but when plates of food ran out they were not replaced, so choices became less and less.

Perfect location to visit Petra and distance to Tourism Street. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating, always serice with a smile.

Although a decent price, selection at dinner could be improved. Majority of plug sockets in the room did not work.
