I like rooms, breakfast, personal. Hotel has a lots places for parking. Good location.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of dust on the shelves. My daughter put her toys on the shelves and its became very dirty. There wasn't kettle.

The price/quality ration was really nice when it comes to Vienna in christmas times. The place is far from city center but close to a metro station. Parking included was also nice.

We were probably unlucky with our apartment, but the outside window blinds were kinda broken which combined with high wind ended up with the blinds hitting the window making really bad noices all the night.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very close to the subway station, and this was very helpful and very easy to go everywhere in Vienna! The breakfast were great! And a big help it was the parking lot existent at the property and no need to use the car during the stay!

Very nice hotel, close to metro station. Convenient to explore the city. Quiet neighbourhood. Shops at metro station.

It was close to public transport (30min to the center), groceries stores, few restaurants (visited Thailanna - we recommend).

Hotel is more or less on good location. I didn't got room that I saw on photos while is was booking, it was not in main building and it was across of street and restaurant. Room was clean enough at arrival. Parking is spacious.

There nobody who can help you with baggage, no elevator, and a lot of stairs. So, be ready for exercise to your room. On the second day of my journey I found that room was not cleaned but somebody was in the room, because that person left dirty spoon, take only garbage and left room unlocked with all my stuff inside. I complained several times, but except "I'm sorry," nobody comes to check it. "Because nothing missing", they don't care. So, mine "duty " was to take myself baggage, to clean room, and to be bodyguard in case if someone wants to enter in. There is no security at all. Nobody from hotel stuff didn't come to see what is going, especially to offer me something. Beside their "regret" they offered me to write review "if I want". As a woman I didn't feel respected and what is more secure. After all, I asked for partial money refund, but they answered that nothing is stolen so they don't want to reduce the bill. Since the stuff was not polite at all, I hope booking service centar will help in this case. Hopefully, this review will help the hotel to provide future guests with more secure conditions.

The hotel charge the toilet paper! There wasn't shoap in the bathroom!
