Really good breakfast. Regarding getting there, parking is good, but it§s a little bumpy ride to get there. We always took the taxi to the center, which costs really nothing, so we didnt need any public transport connections.

Big nice room, quiet place, all clean. Many sport activities are available, mostly for additional price and requires booking. I was also able to book a massage in neighbour center, it was available for the next day. Stuff speaks english, helps with any questions, always available. Elevators and additional "slopes" are fully covering any stairs

There is nothing unpredictable, but just pay good attention to the location. It's easy to get to the center of the city by walk + tram, or by car, but it's not a short direct walk. Also pay attention to the working hours of swimming pool, it's all in the description of the hotel, but it's easy to miss it

Good quiet location, quite close to the centre, not far from the bus stop. Friendly and helpful staff, laptops and tablets at the lobby to do the work if needed.

I wish they had USB plugins, but this is not required of course, just a suggestion.

The quality of cleaning - the bed is not very comfortable, the sheet was stained with "sperm", saliva (photo), no reaction from the reception. It was late, registration is fast, but to get to the parking lot you have to get back in the car and drive around the private sector (you can notify in advance). After taking a shower, I made the bed and there was a surprise - one part was stained on the other, someone was already sleeping. It is better not to upgrade the category of the room (because there are vacancies - check-in after 21:00), but provide a reserved but purchased and clean one!!!! He also rested in sports clothes, on top of a sheet. This is the main reason why I did not take breakfast - maybe with "gifts" ...

In general everything we asked for was great. They even organised extra we asked some stuff for the baby. They arranged us a reservation at their busy pool in the evening. Staff spoke English and gave us anytime good suggestions. We used our car and that's why I can not say how is the location for public transportation. Good shower. Big rooms. Heaters are digital.

WiFi wasn't working all the time on the bed side. Single beds were a little bit narrow for me but still comfy.

The hotel is located in a green suburb, not so far from the Japanese Garden in Wroclaw. I was very grateful they provided luggage storage while I was visiting the city center after checking out.

Very good breakfast, very calm and relaxing atmosphere; the hotel is placed in a very beautiful and peaceful area - perfect for a relaxing staying. The staff was very supportive and very kind. I also had dinner to the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprise to see that the hotel is pet friendly. Still, the hotel is perfectly clean, with high quality furniture and beautiful arrangements.
