The room was not small, it was more like a tiny chamber. There was no place to put or hang stuff.

Good central location near downtown and quite quiet too. Room was tiny but completely outfitted and really well designed. Laundromat across the street and big Tesco just 2 blocks away. Owner Naim and his family do an excellent job.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.

The location is perfect, on a quiet residential road just over 5 minutes on foot across the river from the train and bus stations and city centre. The room was a good size with two comfy armchairs, a table, a kettle and tea bags & instant coffee sachets, milk and biscuits. A good view too! The room was also well heated (we travelled in winter). The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. I would definitely recommend!

My travelling companion thought the mattresses were a bit soft but I had an excellent sleep so they were certainly comfortable for me for the one night we stayed. Nothing else to add because the experience was extremely positive all round.

The kettle cord didn’t reach the plug that it was next to so either had to put the kettle on the floor or put the kettle next to the bed, both were hazardous. The shower when turned off falls down so can hit your head if you are tall

Single room is very small. Limited street parking. Auto lights turns off immediately - must use smartphone torch. Entry door has low and dark code panel.

Bedroom was small and the carpet looks that never been cleaned it vacuumed really, really dirty. We arrived 8pm some cooking was on which spread over the house and into the bedroom, terrible. About 3am somebody was walking on the first floor which we thought was a passenger leaving however this went on until 6am. Scotland has five stars B&B great accomodation and friendliness however this wasn’t what we experienced.

The cost was far too much for what was a basic bedroom plus very small bathroom. I don’t like the fact that money was taken before we arrived. taking advantage of cyclists for the etape. it was probably a £50 a night , not £90! room was clean , no breakfast on offer.
