Location, pool, spa bath

The TV was outdated. They need new TV's that are able to screenshare, stream Netflix, etc etc.

The staff, the restaurant, the view and the room was warm and comfortable

The TV didn't work very well and the elevator was out of order so my disabled mother had to walk up and down the flights of stairs over and over.

Room size was good Staff friendly

Room was dusty- like it hadn't been dustied or aired in sometime. Room was noisy TV remote was sticky Coach had white stuff on it (we flipped it, so we can sit on it without feeling gross) There was crumbs throughout couch Bed blanket thin. Would of felt better if there was a latch on the door, for extra security. Bathroom dirty

Loved the spa bath, location was great and easily accessible. Nice bistro ambience.

Toilet roll holder was in the wrong place and kept cutting the toilet paper to shreds. Needs to be replaced. This was the only negative.

Loved the Location could walk to main street,beach,shops and RSL/pub only few minutes from motel.The spa was heated out doors which was. great,as weather wasn’t the hottest,and was able to go in heated spa still.

I thought some of things in room needed some small maintenance and up dating to bring it back up to a 10 star rating accomodation .I have stayed at this motel many times and was surprised that a few things in room needed a fix up to keep it at the standard l was used to at this motel.Carpet looked abit tired/door in bathroom had water damage on bottom of it/screws where coming out of handle of bathroom/circle marks on floor of bathroom/bed not far off need replacing , as used to have most comfortable beds at this motel

we paid for a room with a spa bath but unfortunately it wasn’t working which was disappointing as it was one reason we choose the hotel!

The Manager on duty was very welcoming and helpful

I didn't personally stay here, but I booked this place for my employees as part of a work function. All feedback that I received from my employees was they they had a great stay and said that they enjoyed the hotel.

Place was amazing close to everything

Bed was like sleeping on a rock

Staff were friendly and helpful.

No lift facilities, which we weren’t aware of and which my husband struggled with due to his heart condition. Mould in the bathroom. Car parking in relation to room was poor. No clean dishes replaced for our dirty ones. DVD player in the room with no access to DVDSs.
