Dasayuno pobre.
La ubicacion era ceecana al aeropuerto,.
Ducha pesima (3 hilos de agua). No funcionaba el televisor ni tampoco la caja de seguridad.
Nos dieron 2 toallas y fuimos 4 personas.
Pagamos 150 Dolares americanos por un hotel que no lo vale. Las fotos que figuran no son las del hotel.

They will confirm the booking for a lower price and charge you at the property a higher price, saying that are “taxes”. And when I arrived in ‘my room, there’s no remote for the TV, when asked, they will just say that the whole Hotel is without the TV service. Worst hotel I’ve been.

The bed was comfortable
I booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. I contacted the property about my arrival time/flight number etc, but when I went out in the Cancun airport there wasn’t any transportation, the driver didn’t respond, the hotel reception as well. So I had to pay for taxi (60 dollars for 10 min ride). The hotel didn’t even say sorry for this situation.
The facilities are really old, not so clean. shower, faucet and toilet work bad (room 111). It’s extremely loudly

We scheduled a transportation from the airport to the hotel and the transport never showed up, the customer service just limited to say it was not in his hands and the Manager was not present at the time, the subcontracted transport company representative said it was her day-off and she was sleeping (lol!) and that was the final answer! No one cared if the issue was resolved or not… this same situation happened to more than one customer

You could hear everything in the hallway (loud noises, door slams, people shouting), bathroom was kind of unclean and bed was uncomfortable

Breakfast was good.
Theres wasn't phone communication from room to lobby, so I had to go all the way down to ask for anything, I was on floor 4.
There was not free transportation from airport to hotel as they said in their services offered.
They didn't answer their phone as I called multiple times at different times before my arrival.
Breakfast started at 7 which is late as I normally have had at 6 in other hotels.

If all you need is a clean room with a comfortable bed and friendly staff near the airport this is perfect. If you want anything more, don't book. A breakfast is included which all 4 of us liked (ages 8 to 70). The choice is very limited but what is there is nice (always subjective). And an airport pick up is included but we didn't get to use it as we had to book on the spot because out other bookings front desk was close.

The location is perfect, close to the airport for a quick overnight layover. Collection from the airport and good communication with staff prior to pick up.
It is very basic, clean and simple so no major negative. Could do with a bit of upgrading.

The room was disgusting. Stains on the walls. Rooms were 90+ degrees when we walked in. Yellow stains around the bottom of the toilet. Cracks in the walls. Smelled of must. The doors next to my room had been kicked in and not fixed. This was worst experience I have ever had

When I arrived 3 couples were already complaining at the front desk how they all got scamed in getting picked up from the airport, they payed and nobody showed up and the hotel does not pick up the phone or give refunds..

It's a bit run down. The airport transport claims to be 500 pesos when it is 10 min drive. I wasn't sure if it was true. They told me 530 there but the email said 500. I still wonder if I could have gotten a bus or an Uber.

Advertised as a airport hotel it has no shuttle to the air port.the cartels have taken over the transportation and charge 30 dollars for the one mile ride.total rip off .you should have warned people who trust your site ,l never will again.

The rooms smelled like mold, the a/c was lukewarm at best. The food in the restaurant was overpriced and awful. The wine selection was one bottle. I could not drink it as the bottle was open for too long and the wine was off. The wings were overcooked and the nachos were in a sea of plastic cheese.
The pick up we were booked for at the airport did not arrive. We were told we could have a drop off at the airport in the morning, then told we would have to pay for a taxi. Taxis cost us over $100! So much for the service that was supposed to be provided.

The location is good. The woman in the restaurant was helpful and dlowightful.
The night staff was not helpful.
The place was very dated. The WC in the bathroom kept running and no one came to fix it.

promised shuttle from the airport. it didn’t happen even though we followed all the steps. then we asked for a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. no one seemed to know how that would work and finally we were told Confort inn didn’t have a shuttle service even though the van was parked out front and at the airport they told us which stall they park in. it was chaotic and hugely expensive!
