Beachfront paradise… clean, great staff… good breakfast and fantastic location

Could do with bit of TLC in places … pool tiles but can’t see when that could be done without closing the resort

Comfortable rooms, Good swimming pool with 3 jacuzzis. Plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was good.

Room servicing was a bit to be desired at times. Lack of towels etc. Food in the Restaurant on night wasn’t very good. Beach bar was only opened for 2 hours.

At de havde overbooket vores seafront villa, og ville ‘spise os af’ med et dobbeltværelse total modsat stranden, og tilbyde vouchers til frokost og aftensmad - hvilket jo er helt væk - Thailands køkken skal ikke udelukkende nydes på hotellets spisested (1 beachcafeteria) Det lykkes efter to nætter i et andet dobbeltværelse at få de sidste 9 i Villaen, uden kompensation - skuffende

The best thing about the property is its location and superb beach feet from its doors

Everything was great but if I wanted to be picky then lower the drinks/food prices to encourage people to spend money at the hotel.

Access to private beach and convenient to travel to other locations (by car/shuttle/long tail boat). Beautiful sunset. Staff are amazing, warm & welcoming and have a very good knowledge of the property and the area.

It is tired and requires refurbishing.

Loved that it was right on the beach and that you could walk to other restaurants. Nothing beats that. Staff were friendly and rooms clean.

It was really dated. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. It was hot in the room. The breakfast was the same every day. It really could do with some TLC.

I booked a deluxe-room with seaview, and according to the information about the room, it was full seaview. The room we got had a view directly info a wall. I complained ans insisted to have a new room, and after a while we were promished another room the day after. Do not trust the room pictures when booking! The bar staff was a bad experience first day - wrong drinks, wrong bills and incredibly slow service. Other days were better.

The stretch of beach that Beyond Krabi Resort sits on is probably the best on Khlong Muang. Good for a dip at high tide (and when it's not high tide, the pool is a reasonable alternative). The area itself is really chilled out though dining is a little more expensive than Aonang or Krabi. It's possible to arrange excursions through the resort (we did the '4 island' and Hong island tours and were really pleased with both excursions; we also arranged a trip to Krabi one afternoon - in all cases, hotel staff made arrangements easy). The breakfast buffet was extensive and included all the standard fare as well as thai offerings and an egg station. Our room was a really good size which made our week-long stay a comfortable one. All employees were professional and helpful when assistance was required.

We didn't go out all day, every day and found that if we missed the morning round of room servicing, the afternoon clean wasn't as thorough. We had one meal at the restaurant as our arrival was quite late and weren't impressed enough to eat there again during our stay.

The setting is amazing. The rooms are very good, with everything you need in a room right there. The reception staff couldn’t do enough for you and really went above and beyond. The food was very good, especially the breakfast, but there are some great eating establishments within 10 mins of walking up or down the beach.

the pool bar staff were a disaster. from extremely slow service to massively overcharging(with an apology when we went back) they didn’t make you feel like they wanted to help. This was the only time I saw this anywhere in Thailand. we had a ground floor se view villa. our friends had the one above us. Definitely go for the ground floor as there is no shelter outside if it rains and you on the top.

International and local food , plenty of choice , excellent coffee at breakfast. The area is fantastic, quiet not crowded, beautiful coastline. Comfortable large room with panoramic sea views. Perfect place for those who want to relax, but also offers a variety of activities for those who want to experience something new. I would especially like to highlight the staff's attitude towards the guests, their helpfulness and humanity.

It was just horrible, There was a terrible smell of pumping and secretion at the first floor and on the back of the restaurant. I think it was like a blocking in the tunings. The hotel wasn't clean. The bathroom at our friend's room was dirty - room 1210 And in both rooms there was no hot water even after 3 times complains ) In the dining room the don't clean the coffee plates at all. The most amazing thing was at our checkout. The reception claimed the 2 robes was missing from our room and they wanted room charge us about it. They said that the housekeeping woman said that in our checking they was in the room And on the second Day, They disappeared. My wife went down and asked the housekeeping woman who claimed that actually she didn't seethe robes at our checking in. So actually, probably they were missing before our staing. It was a very very much unpleasant for us to be in a,positio5 of theaves !!! The receptionist at first didn't want to write that they have no claimes for us We think that our staing was very unpleasant We think that it is impossible to live in a,hotel with filthy smell for days I don't accept that hotel kitchen doesn't wash coffee plates as a norma.. There is a big problem in this hotel in maintenance and management. Therefore we think that,we deserve for a full compensation for our staying. When anyone come to a vacation he doesn't want to smell toilet smell in the dining room, He deserve to have hot water in the shower And above all doesn't want to consider a thief!!! So we aspect to be full compensate And to get an apologies from the hotel manager
