המלון הכי יפה שהיינו בו אי פעם. האוירה, החדר היפיפה, הבריכה המושלמת, המרחבים הירוקים, חוף הים הפרטי, המסעדה האיטלקית במקום, השירות של ההסעות לכל מקום. המסג'ים על החוף. המיקום של המלון, מצד אחד שקט ורגוע מחוץ למרכז הסואן, ומצד שני ליד המלון יש מסעדות, דוכני שייקים, סבן אילוון שפתוח 24 שעות.אין ממש צורך לצאת מהמלון. ובמרחק של רבע שעה נסיעה יש אזור מקסים עם שוק לילה, ומסעדות.

מגבות בחדרים - ב 3 מתוך 4 הימים שהיינו שם, החדרנית שכחה לשים לנו מגבות, כל פעם שכחה מגבת אחרת. היה יום שהיו בו 6 הפסקות חשמל, והפסקת מים אחת, באמצע המקלחת.אמנם יכולות לקרות תקלות, אבל לא מצופה שיקרה במלון ברמה הזו.

Room was very clean, bed extremely comfortabl, food was delishish. The environment felt very safe, the location was perfect. We were able to safely walk along beach. Plenty of seating at pools, beach, lawn area. The fitness facility was extremely good for a hotel. The staff were very attentive! Www upgraded to club level and it was worth it! We would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous location and gardens. A view straight down to the sea. Room was excellent. In the majority staff were lovely kind and helpful.

Staff at the pool cabana were just not interested. For a 5 star hotel, like all the others we stayed at in Thailand in this trip, the pool staff assist with towels, the areas are kept clean, water, ice lottlies, fruit etc are provided. Here the staff had absolutely zero interest. Heaps of used towels in piles just looking dirty and shabby.

The first night we received rooms taht smell like mold. Didnt like, we changed rooms the second day. We been 4 people and didnt recieve rooms one next to the other.

La plage est superbe avec une belle vue sur les îles. Le parc de l'hôtel est incroyable, des arbres, des fleurs en abondance, c'est très vaste. Il y a tellement de place que vous ne vous sentez jamais en concurrence avec d'autres clients pour les piscines ou les transats, etc. Si bien que tout le monde est aimable les uns avec les autres. L'endroit est très beau, vous pouvez entendre les chants des oiseaux, ce qui est un bon signe, vous en conviendrez. Le petit-déjeuner est également exceptionnel, avec une belle offre sans gluten et des plats végétaliens. Le personnel est à la hauteur de ce beau pays, la Thaïlande, souriant, respectueux, prévenant. La formule club est à retenir, pour l'accueil en premier lieu, mais également pour l'offre qui répond à toutes les attentes et les dépassent même souvent.

Les bâtiments sont un peu fonctionnels, ils pourraient être plus décorés. Mais ce n'est qu'une suggestion, pas une critique.

The spacious and beautifully kept beachfront grounds were stunning. No need to worry about getting a sun-bed in either the sun or shade as they were so plentiful! Pools were large and stylish. Staff so friendly. Food in restaurants high quality with good pricing levels.

The only thing missing is a waterside dining restaurant.

Alles war bestens! Besonders hervorzuheben sind das Frühstücksbuffet, was schon ein Brunch war. Geschmacklich alles sensationell!

We stayed in the club at the hotel which was great. Would probably not have been so happy if we hadn’t paid the extra for that.

The main restaurant at the hotel didn’t have any ambience. We ate out every night. I gather though the hotel is upgrading this in June.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. In a great location on a quiet beach. Nice selection of restaurants outside the hotel and a couple of bars. We upgraded to a sea view room with living room area which included access to a club lounge which was worth doing. Customer service was superb and hotel is extremely well run with excellent very friendly staff

Absolutely nothing

friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of the staff are beyond all expectations. everything in time, you dont have to worry about anything. the second thing to be mentioned - is totally incredible garden of the hotel. full of exotic plants from all over the world, it's like a garden of Eden. In some way it is even more attractive than the sea. There are plenty of birds singing around, 1.5 м varanuses and even terrestrial hermit-crabs the size of a small mellon. It's really difficult to leave all these wonders and go to the beach, where you can escape the sun in the shade of casuarias and Bengal almonds, whose reddened leaves slowly fall into the jade water of the Andaman Sea. Pretty sure there must be a monument to the landscaper and to those who day by day cares about this wonderful garden. The hotel is huge and full of people but everything is set up in a such way that you feel that there're no other people at all. Exquisite pools, amazing food, sophisticated drinks - everything is just perfect!

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Alle freundlich, sauber, alles verteilt sich. Manchmal kam es zu gsnz kurzen Wartezeiten beim Frühstück, aber durch den guten Service war das nie lange. Essen war immer audgefüllt und auch hier hat man nie gewartet.

Es gibt einfach nichts wo man meckern könnte.

Loved the resort, the in room dining was also fantastic!

There's way too much unnecessary furniture in the room! For eg. our delux room had so many unwanted tables which took up alot of space!

Amazing facilities, amazing kids club, amazing staff. We travelled one month in Thailand and it was our most favorite place

The only problem is that the resort was so great so we didn’t feel like going to see Krabi itself

I found this place a bit boring..Overal, Krabi seems like for 60+ people Entrance to the sea was a bit challenging due to stones.

The rooms and hotel in general is very dated and drab.. Furthermore the food in the restaurant and the room service was pretty poor - not of a 5 star hotel quality. Can tell It was probably nice 15 years ago but now.. meh.. wouldn’t stay again. Oh yeah and the electricity cut out in my room which required a technician to fix
